Due to economic downturn...We have several buildings siting idle...

2 - Naval Shipyard...3 Assembly lines capable of laying down 3 different ship classes ea. bldg.
1st bldg cruiser size & smaller....
2nd bldg can manufacture CVL/STOVL CV's

2 - Airplanes Factories...5 assembly lines...each capable of building 10 aircraft per line depending on size of craft...

Rent for each bldg is $200k a month you supply workers...about 15k per plant...I'll supply security for $25k additional per month...Ample middle class housing can be provided for workers...for additional 100k per month per 15k workers.

Also i recieve approxim. 10% of finished product every 6 months...(Negoitable)

Croniun will rent both airplane factories and 1 naval yard.

Don't worry my main plants are still running full bore....these bldgs are sitting there going to waste...main use was for large orders...
