Do YOU have Acigoo? If so, we highly suggest you come clean, hand it over on your own will. It will only be a matter of time before we find you and proof of your Acigoo, and if you have not come clean by the time we begin our assault on you, you will be forcefully disarmed (Acigoo, other WMD's, and your military), and taken from power, as will your government. You shall be tried for war crimes (you hear that right, war crimes), even if you have not used it or sold it yet. Storing will not be tolerated, and shall be handled the same as if you sold it or are using/going to use it.

We would like to make it known that all nations that come forward on their own will, will be rewarded for their deeds. Also, those who have bought any from someone, please, come forward and tell us who sold it to you, and hand over the Acigoo.

Nations who have possession of Acigoo: This is a major crackdown, and we will, one way or another, find you, and you shall pay your due. It is wise to hand it over now, before it is to late for you.

Acigoo is unstable and there is no way to contain it..other then resi's way and as far as i know hes the only one who can do it that way. So it is banned in all countries and ordered to be destroyed.

Oh, but you are mistaken. We do have the right to take Acigoo, as it must be destroyed. It cannot be handled, even "carefully" It must be handed over and destroyed.

Even though Resi has supposidely found a way, I am not completely convienced. There was only one way known to "freeze" it, and the information has seen vanished, leaving us to one choice: Destroying it.
And, Resi's way, it can not come back (Resi, correct me if that is wrong)... it's stuck there, but it's still there... if anyone entered that dimention... they're screwed.

When I say "you", I'm refering to everybody.
And if they are not responsible enough to hand over Acigoo, then it points to the fact that they are most likely not trustworthy with any WMD, thus, if we must use force to remove the Acigoo, all WMD's go, along with the current Government.

We had Acigoo, then placed a Neutronium Atom into it and it......transformed................into a Sentient being of some sort......Anywho, the People have decided that this being is a Ctizen and is under the Protection of the USSNR for, The People, have decided that since it loves this land of Nodea Rudav for The Peoples kindness, it has become a Citizen and apart of the Brethrenhood, Bloodright, Birthright, and all that is Nodea Rudav whom forgives, forgets, and always shows respect to their Brethren in our Nation.

Sorry, can't have it, its a Citizen, simple. You attempt to take it, the USSNR shall and always will see it as an attacxk against Innocent People and launch all of our Neutronic, Hydrogen, and Atomic Warheads in Defense of The People, even if it kills us.

Basicly like a Walking Komodo Dragon...which it...somehow got into touch with before the Neutronium Incidient....amazing and beautiful.....ain't deadly or anything, just we figure IT is a SHE....hmmmm....might be a he......we just call it IT for now, cause we respect it enough not to do any further questions, no tests btw.

We request at least to have two of our researchers who have dealt with Acigoo and it's creations, to examine "IT".

Also, we are requiring any leftover Acigoo, by-product, etc you may still have.

Yeah, well if it is a citizen of yours, then I for one see that as fine. But yes, any leftover Acigoo should be given to proper authorities.
