My country has just built a huge military base. It has 30 sections each with a small harbor, 30 barracks to fit 100,000 men, and a warehouse.
This is a good deal for nations who need aanother military base or landlocked countrys who want a navy. Rent starts at 20,000 a month. You need to supplie your soldiers with food and supplies. Also military base has a trainig center for countrys soldiers to train. So does anyone want rent a lot.

This has to be the single dumbest idea I've seen here in a long time. What happens when you get two tenants who dislike each other?

I will build a Military Base on your soil, how about that? This shall be the Defense of Your People, with an Airstrip, Barracks, Embassy, Docks, Shipyard, Two Missile Silos, Satellite Communications Building, and more if your accept.

The Kingdom of Crookfur may be interested in establishing a forward operating base for a power projection unit.
As such we hereby formally express interest in aquireing upto 10 of your lots (basically we just want the land we will liekly have to fashion it to our needs by adding a large airfeild and naval facilities for an entire carrier battle group plus 2 support squadrons and additional prepositioning vessels).
Before negontiatiosn continue we require one vital fragment of information: Where exactly are you located? (just a rough idea that soem what references the RL world).
