02 had been sitting at his desk with a smile across his face. The Evil Empire already had some 5 members, much more than he had anticipated at this stage. As he continued to send out transmissions to all the DV sleep cells, 03 entered the room. 02 did not look up, for he was too busy with his work. 03 walked casually towards the desk and did not make a noise. Again, 02 did not glance up nor acknowledge 03's presence.
Excuse me sir, is there any news? 03's extremely deep voice bellowed. His voice sounded like it was altered to amke it sound lower, but alas it was not. Again, 02 did not give him the time of day. It was only when he cleared his throat loudly did 02 look up, sighing heavily as he shouted. Yes yes, what is it? You want to know if there is any news? Well, there is. I'm getting word from factions across the globe that are interested in The Evil Empire, thus my time is being consumed right now.
03 nodded at the sound of the news, although that's not what he really come in the room for. You seem to forget that I'm the one that set most of this up. 02 was starting to get pissed, and he snapped back at him. Do I care? As long as the job gets done, does it matter? 03 slammed his hand on 02's desk in anger. Of course it matters! You seek to keep all the glory for yourself when it is me who should be gloating!
02 stood up from his desk eyeing 03 hard. Let me guess... 03 Did not give him time to finish. He quickly pulled out his .50 Desert Eagle and pointed it at the head of 02. i've been waiting for this day, the day when Dark Vengeance returned to the world. You've been head of DV for years, and under you we've gone NOWHERE! 02 knew what was coming, for he had done something similar to 01. I know what is coming 03, you might as well just do it. 03 let out a bellowing laugh, and after a few second he became as serious as stone once again. That's right, this is exactly how you rose to power, eh 02? You shot 01 in the back, but I will not be so cowardly.....you get a bullet to the face! I'm tired of you taking all my glory, I'm tired of you crippling DV and holding us back. Well, now that DV is back, I guess it's time for a change in management!
03 pulled the trigger, and a .50 bullet met the forehead of 02. The back of his head blew off, sending blood and gray matter through the air. 02's head jerked back as his brains splattered on the wall, and his corpse slumped on the ground.

As you already have been made aware, Dark Vengeance is back, and so is The Evil Empire. In this new age of terror, there has been a chage of central leadership. I, 03 am now head of The Terrorist Network of Dark Vengeance! Under my rule DV will rise up from it's ashes and become yet again THE sole source of terror, believe that.
