After quite a long absence(ooc: 2 months real time? probably 3 months since i actually got involved in a conflict or big thread), our nation has returned back to the international scene. We would like to update a few things. Our space program has been brought back into full gear. The countries of New Taiidan, Jack Handey, and The Maachinees have all helped with this(i would post links, but im on a new computer...that means i lost all of them. sucks). The last time there was an update on our space program we were currently building frigates, corvettes, fighters, and various carries for use in space. Many of these were built first by using bought technology. As we progressed and grew as a nation, we gained the technology to fulfill the dream of having our own large, prominant space program. It was the main focus for many years. Now that we have achieved that goal and have a strong foothold outside of earth's atmosphere, we will be returning to re-strengthening our military might. If anyone is willing to sell powerful tanks, ground assault vehicles, and transport aircraft/vehicles, let us know. We are currently outfitted with modified M1A2 Abrams tanks, along with other fighting vehicles such as the Bradley fighting vehicles and self propelled artillery units. The Air Force and Navy are fairly up-to-date. Total military size and unit types have not yet been disclosed at this time. Our space program (RASF) currently has 15 Carriers, which are capable of carrying 15 fighters along with or replaced by tanks and soldiers. We also have 25 other carriers which cannot exit earth's atmostphere (ooc: these carriers are not extremely large--i cant really think of a size to compare them to right now). 17 frigates are in use right now. 11 are assault frigates and 6 are support frigates. We also have 150 scout ships, 40 heavy corvettes, 45 light corvettes, and 40 multi-gun versions(ooc: homeworld-style...use tracking turrets, which have been developed by our ally, The Maachinees). Of course more are being built, although not at a fast pace. We do not wish to rush with our program. Our ultimate goal is to built a cruiser, which would be up to 900 meters in length (ooc: Original designs were released months ago in real time). There is an update on our nation, any thoughts or comments are welcome.
