The Sultan of Yahazmanoo hereby invites dignitaries from neighboring nations in the North Pacific to a festive celebration of the Sultan's 34th birthday, on March 3, 2004. Visitors will be received in the Sultan's lavishly decorated palace, and will dine at a splendid banquet. Entertainment will be provided by public torture and execution of 133 criminals and other persons who have in some way displeased the Sultan.
