We have a unique delivery system. You would be most intrigued but your current alliance prevents us from talking freely.

You said that such a weapon is inexpensive. Just how inexpensive are we talking?

From the Holy Panooly & Augst Atomic Agency:

After the accidental discovery of the new element AQ-288 a real catastrophic incident occured which can be seen here:
http://www.nationstates.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=123145

Both me and Aust saw potential in it and started researching the new particle and we've came up with amazing results. A whole new breed of atomic weapons can be produced since AQ-288 (Aquiline-288) is much lighter and cheaper to produce.

Thus, we made an almost perfect design of a light atomic bomb. We haven't tested it yet but we are sure that the destructive force will be unmatched.

No further comments and thank you.

would you be interested in sharing this technology?

 you dont tend to tell people your trying to spy on them. (not that you'd suceed)

ssttt..... we wish to sow paranoia whilst we sit back :P

will we actually send agents? we might and we might not 8)

OOC: I would just like to let people know that before RPing with this, note that it is physically impossible. An element with the mass of 288 would simply be so unstable that you would never be able to make it in signifigant quantity, and it would probably have a half-life of far less then 1 second.

British columbia requests permission to put some teams of specialists on the site of the "incident" to asertain the fallout and the extent of environmental damages. We are a peace faring nation and wish only to develop means by which to clean up the mess after one of these bad boys goes off near our borders. All information will be shared with panoly and they can distribute it at their discression.

trust me, this bomb is powerful, we split the atom and it distroyed everything in a 120km radius. I am placing 1000 ASS around the lab and am ecuiping it with our best sucurity systerm

We have also created a New Atomic Element, I shall explain the process since I'm in that scientific mood:

Neutronium Atom

This Element named Neutronium is thus created by a Hyperized Ion forced to slam into a Thorium Atom and Transmutate into Hyperized Ionic Thorium, at the same time a mass of Electrons is accelerated into a main chamber as the Hyperized Ionic Thorium is also.

Both exit the main tunnel where the Electro-Magnetic Field Generator forces them to slam into a single Neutron at a high rate of speed, at the same moment, thus splitting the Neutron and releasing Potential Null Energy, which is quickly changed into Potential Negative energy by the Hyperized Ionic Electrons that were created.

Once this is complete the Ionic Thorium transmutates into the Core of the new forming Element as the rest of the Radioactive Isotopes, harmless by all means in some kind of contanment field or container, are forced into a mass by the Hyperized Ionic Electrons, Hyperized Electrons, and Hyperized Ions. Thus creating an unstable Neutronium Atom made stable if one adds a key element into the situation: A Neutron.

Hope that explains it. :)

Holy panooly: U238 is already radioactive. The heaviest elements we HAVE created are Ununquadium, Ununpentium, and Ununhexium, with the masses 289, 288, and 292, respectively. They also had half-lifes of 30 seconds, .28 seconds, and .047 seconds, respectively.

Also, according to this info, 'AQ'-288 is similar to UUH-288, meaning you have 0.28 seconds to work with it... and you are telling me you are able to make a nuclear bomb using it?

Also, basic Hydrogen is stable, because it is so light, however, Hydrogen itself has isotopes, Deuterium and Tritium.

Deuterium is found in heavy water, and has one extra neutron. It is mostly stable, and is used in nuclear fusion. Tritium has two extra neutrons, and is highly radioactive. It is also used in nuclear fusion.

Nodea's explanation makes sense, but I would have liked to know # of protons, neutrons, and half-life :(

Also, Nodea, you would name it Neutronium, since they technically (real world anyways) would need to be verified by the scientific community. You would give it a name similar to, say, ununhexium.

Also, what is a Hyperized Ionic Electron? How do you ionize an electron, when it is a basic particle?

What are you doing about the 16000+ square meter cloud of highly radio active material floating around your country? Should you need our assistance we have a highly trained staff of 8000 abord our radiation treatment vessel the HMRN Relife, it is on standby and can be off your shores in less then 48hours. Please advise of your condition.

The Neutronium Atom has no Protons, Half-Life is seconds when used for a Neutronium Bomb, and number of Electrons is none, since there are only Hyperized Ionic Electrons circling the Nucleus of the Atom.

The Process of making an Ion Hyperized is by splitting it into its basic molecules and forcing it back together just as the basic molecules are....Hyperized, or made to move faster, and thus unleashing great Potential by creating a Hyperized Ion, the same goes for any element thus that goes through the first stage of Hyperization, the second is that Hyperized Element slamming into a Non-Hyperized Element, such as an Electron, and forcing a Transmutation, which since the Ions are moving so fast its easily done, and creating Hyperized Ionic Electrons.

The Nucleus of the Neutronium Atom is composed of eight Hyperized Ions and four Hyperized Electrons, one Potential Neutron in its center to stabilize the Atom so it regenerates its Used Up Hyperized Ionic Electrons quickly.
