Perhaps the day of the Evil Empire has passed. A new evil has begun to arise, as the haven for criminal genius known as Skivvyninonia attracts ever-growing numbers of dark forces.

What are your goals as an empire? Since I am second in control of The Empire of the Milky Way , I know what an empire wants, more territory. The EMW is a near-future-tech empire, built on gaining more space in the Milky Way through force. But we also despise terrorist nations.

OOC: Yeah, I did something similar with AMF. People didn't take my "bad guy" turn too well OOCly, and I got alot of backlash. Another reason I had this resurrected (actually, I missed logging in as DV by 7 hours, and it was deleted for inactivity.).
