OC: This is a resurrected nation from early April that was recently deleted for inactivity.

I'm sure some of you know who I am, but for those that don't hear me out. The Dark Vengeance Terror Network has returned! Yes, the original casters of fear and terror are back, and with a purpose. I must say I've noticed the recent surge of renegade terrorist states, and I must say I am disappointesd. Such stupidity I must say, for what makes you think you can survuve by being no open about your existance? Dark Venegeance has survivied this long because we live in the shadows. We wait until the proper time, then we strike quickly and with great force. Then, after taking what we want, we vanish back into the shadows. Thus is how a terror network survives.

Now having addressed that, I say to you all: the time for fear is now! Dark Vengeance has returned! You will never find us, you will never extinguish us, we are here to stay!

I've seen and heard alot of terrorists around here and they always claim to have cells in every country and you cant find them, no matter what you do. They keep claiming that they have operatives and cells that are still hidden. They offcourse have large amounts of weapons that show up out of nothing and their account is always full of money.

Maybe i'm judging to fast in this case(personally doubt it), but then it will be entirely up to you to prove me wrong.

Exactly what i thought, look at RAF or CCC, the latter had only 4 members and yet they were found, by the Belgian police ( i think its the worst police force in Europe)

I created DV on April 6, 2003. DV was the arch enemy of (of all nations) Automagfreek. DV caused the AMF Civil War, and since then has had cells inside. Their main base in inside an old deleted nation named Perrier (destroyed by me ICly, remember, this is OOC info!). A few months later DV started a large scale assult on 9 different countries (all March and older nations), which ultimatly failed. DV then hijacked AMF's Skynet missile defense system and nearly ended the world.

DV recieves arms and funding from corrupt agents inside AMF and other countries (a few nations that are in my RP circle).

I can accept it as long as it stays abit realistic, you yourself have already seen the large number of noobs around here with their hidden terrorist cells that you cant find. So you must surely understand that i dont like terrorist organizations. The only way to really convince me that this is a good element for NS-RP is by proving it during RPs in the future. Objection withdrawn, awaiting the first RP/war/whatever.
