"This is Jake Weiberman reporting live from Kan, the capital city of the Most Serene Republic of Aldron. There is a lot of tension in the air right now; two large motercycle gangs, the Black Gloves and the Salamander gang, have declared all-out war upon each other. The police attempted to make them at least take their conflict outside the city, but were soundly routed. The citizens hide in their homes, cowering in terror. All know that, whichever side wins this day, order has already lo-"
He is interrupted by the sound of motercycle engines nearby. The sound grows rapidly louder, than stops and is replaced with glass shattering, and several screams. The door to the studio slams open, and a man in a black leather jacket and gloves strides in. He is wearing a motercycle helmet; he carries a bloody knife in his right hand and a pistol in his left. He shouts "Death to the pawn of the government! Freedom for all!" and fires one shot... Jake Weiberman of the ANN collapses, dead.
The Black Glove biker walks over to stand next to Weiberman's body. "Aldron is a free land, now! No rules, no restrictions, and no government! We of Aldron encourage anyone interested in a wild life, anyone who prefers to live as they wish instead of as they're told, to come and join us in freedom. May all governments one day fall!"
He raised his gun and shot the TV camera. Blackness and static replaced the "special live broadcast."

We interupt your regual veiwing to bring you this update. Just minutes ago, Rotovia's Senate (previously occupied with the Elven Rights Act) passed an astounding bill that has caused controvesy accross the nation.

The Bill Jovau ol'novus, or Bill of National Claim has declared the violence torn nation of Aldron sovereign territory of the Allied States of Rotovia. The act will come into affect in just under an hour and military forces are belived to be already dispatched to 'secure' their newly accured holdings.

I'm Allen Farthing, and you heard it on Rotovian National News first.

When did you gain the right to claim other countries as your territory? I assure you the forces we have dispatched, which have already arrived in Aldron, are quite sufficient to restore order and peace. After a period of guidance and repair, it should be safe to restore Aldron to self-rule. Are you acting out of concern for the people of this land, or do you see only an opportunity to expand your territory?

OOC: the people i help the people, plus im fighting the Rotovia forces.

IC: the 1st and 2nd legions move across the border aresting and killing the anarchists. the battles seemed to be easy. first target the capital. Most of the 1st Legion went. the rest of the troop went across the Lines to fight the Rotovia forces. they had orders that if any other nation tryed to get in there way to hit them.

As they near the edge of the town, about five dozen motercyclists pull up in front of them.
One, who seems to be the leader, demands "Who're you? What do you want here?"

Someone further back mutters "Those uniforms... I reckon they're some kinda police or somethin'!" Throughout the crowd, the sound of weapons being readied is heard...
