This more anoying then the normal "n00b" baiting people like do... usually there are to good courses of action you can take:
1) Don't post on their thread, let others flame them with calls of "n00b" and claims of "Ignore Cannoning" them to the ground. If you just don't get involved you are actually ignoring them.
Never ever ignore someone then spend the next hour reminding them of it, it looks dumb.
2) Give them constructive advise. The better option.
