The CEP is very pleased you are awarding us this oppurtunity to further our economic ties to your great nation, we would however request some information first.

#1 What is the approx. worth of Atryau before the rebellion.
#2 Which option of reconstruction did you want?
#3 Can we construct a consulate in the city after we rebuild it (as well as placing an embassy in your capital)

With the retaking of the city seeming immenint the CEP would like to offer it's contracting skills to rebuild the city.

We would rebuild the city and only charge a 15% profit mark up from the complete reconstruction of it.

If you would be willing to give us the contract to reconstruct all infestructure lost in this conflict we can make you a deal and only charge 10% markup on the cost reconstruction.

However we would be more than willing to rebuild the city at cost if you can offer us the ability to compete with your with your internal companies with no restriction to our bussiness practices (i.e. selling to our people but not letting our compettiton do the same.)

We would also be willing to absorb 25% of the cost of rebuilding the destroyed infastructure if you gave us complete commercial monopoly for now until time eternal.

We await your reply.

P.S. Still waiting the reply to the exchanging of embassy proposals.

#1: I dont know he exact figure, but most of it still stands. 1,678 have been destroyed and 2,430 damaged.

#3: Sure. Also, we wish to build an embassy in your capital. Hey, can we build an Air Force branch in one of your airfields?

You are more than welcome to build an airbase and embassy in our country however the workers must be CEP citizens due to our labour laws.

For question ###2 I didn't mean what did you want the theme as I meant what option did you want to choose for reconstruction i.e

I can build the entire city and charge you a 15% markup as profit for me doing it

OR

I can rebuild all infestructure lost in the west and charge you a 10% markup for doing it

OR

I can rebuild your entire city of Atryau at cost if you allow me to place corporations in the city and compete against your coroporations using such tactic as dumping (finacial not actual we will respect all your enviroment laws), Not accepting the trade from your other companies into my nation etc.

OR

I can rebuild the entire city and I personally absord 25% of the cost, meaning it'd cost you 40% less than option 1. But in return I'd get a complete commercial monopoly in the west of your country.

As soon as you pick an option I will begin securing and rebuilding the city.

We can rebuild all transport systems lost for about £100,000

This is the cost of rebuilding and apon payment we will

1) assault the embassy district and secure it.
2) Construct our consulate there which will serve as the construction office
3) begin rebuilding

avg. height of building 30 floors
at that height: cost per square foot 1usd
avg. lot size 200*405 ft. (or 81 000 sq ft)
building 1678 buildings costs: 135 918 000 usd
cost to repair 2 430 buildings: (assuming an avg of 40 of the buildings need to be replaced) 78 732 000
total cost for building: 214 650 000



TOTAL BILL TO KAZAKHSTANIA: 236 115 000

Remeber of course accepting this payment plan means that any highways villages railways or what have you found to be damaged in the west are gaurnteed to us at the same rate of 10%

P.S. The crews to build our embassy in your capital are arriving today we will staff it the second it is built (1 rl day)

Three helicopters buzz over the city, flying low and hard. As they approach the political distrct, mostly in rubble, they flare next to Kazakh Park.

Here, ropes from each helicopter are thrown out the doors, and men abseil down them. They land on the ground, and seperate up to assault various buildings. All 42 men, having cleared out over fifty tired rebels, are extracted by a convoy of HMMWV's, which drops off 100 troops to hold the area.

The embassy building is cleared to start :D
