A sturdy man sat cosily at his desk as he sipped on a hot cup of coffee. Before him a large widescreen displayer played various images of men commencing in various training exercises. With the volume set to mute the man viewed the images in absolute silence as the screen dimly lit the room with flashing images.

The phone situated on his desk broke the silence with a light ring.

"Didn’t I say that I didn’t want to be disturbed?..."

"Err...sir...it's the General...he’s not very happy...he's on his way up to your office, I'm sorry I couldn’t stop him...he has that look about him again"

As the man placed the phone back on the hook a brawny man charged through the double doors of the office with a face filled with utter frustration and disgust. Approaching the desk the man flung a large brown enveloped document onto the table allowing the pieces of white paper and photos inside to slide out of its folding.

“I can’t believe you, How could you?” The man shouted as he thumped his hand down onto the desk. Two IH guards swiftly followed into the room after.

“Sir?…” One of the guards said promptly, yet with a single hand jester from the seated man they were dismissed.

“And close the doors behind you!” The General continued.

With the doors finally closed the General turned to face seated man.

“You’ve been mobilising more operatives here again haven’t you!? Weakening my outfits out in the field and reinforcing yours here – the Phoenix Connection gave us strict guidelines – all active outfits are to have a maximum of 500 operatives on standby and a further 300 in sleeper units – I’ve seen the troop fluctuations - they all end up here, WHY? What are you planning Calexus!?” The General shouted.

Calexus slowly rose from his bubbled chair. Using the remote the widescreen flickered off and the automated blinds flicked up letting the suns rays to penetrate the room to allow him to clear the disorder that the General created.

“The three Heavens have made a drastic change; it has evolved into something much grander than what it was initially set out to do. Although we still have our aims, most of our short term objectives are complete – its time we move on”

“Does that include casting out old friends and allies?” The general replied

“No, but lets get one thing clear, we don’t need the Phoenix Connection any longer. They foresaw this – It was only a matter of time. We are now an independent unit which is why I we are consolidating our forces – I have been in contact with GLA they also agree that the time has come to band together as brothers” Calexus replied. Walking over to the window he looked down onto the grounds of the base to watch a small garrison of men performing various exercises.

“If Credonia, or one of her allies was to find this place, it could be extremely damaging in the long run for us – it could take years to recoup our losses” The General replied.

“Then we will have to be extra vigilant – I still have some of my best men out in the field, they’ll stay there, so if anything was to happen to us they can continue on from where we left off” Calexus answered.

“Since we are now outcasts of the Phoenix Connection…this base is in order of a new name. Section 162 would no longer appeal to an organisation such as us and as commander of this installation it is your duty to rename this fortress”

"Yes, the current name of this installation is extremely bland – from now on this place will be know as Heavens Rim".

Miko arrives at Heavens Rim.

He has arrived at HR to negotiate new funds for his Scorpion cell, a sub branch of the GLA. Miko feels other branchs like Cobra cell are claiming too much with little results.

Scorpion cell are planning a new campaign against ********.
contrary to beliefs, although under pressure, the GLA is still going strong.

GUL:very good, we have rebuilt all camps and completely built 8 new ones for advanced training. Once again our countryside is a hotbed of activity

[OCC: Errr, what are the Heavens objectives and goals? I've never really caught the reason you guys are fighting all the nations you are fighting and it's hard to try and join in if I don't know what you are fighting for.

As an incentive to tell us your goals (broadly) I will give you an idea behind the Crimson Privateers.


The Crimson Privateers are an organisation of mercanaries who are hidden behind a legitimate business in a real nation (I have their permission to be hidden in there). To this end their goal is much like thier organisation legitimate business, only they are more equipped to do it as mercenaries.

Their goal is to gain alot of money and influence in the world, basically they are capitalists who are willing to offer military aid in exchange for monetary reward.

However, the Crimson Privateers are very careful as most nations don't like mercenaries, as such these mercenaries (well equipped and trained, but less then 1000 in number) perform more covert acts for payment. They are willing to help terrorists if they feel the price is right.

Unlike terrorists they are unwilling to loose their lifes for their cause, as terrorists don't live to reep the rewards of their actions, where as mercenaries want to survive so they can spend their money living in a resort far far away.

When I get the required links (IC), the Crimson Privateers will approach your people as "The Sons of Malagard" as terrorist splinter cell who are fighting against "imperialists" such as Credonia.

We see your plight, and we do support you 100% against the imperialistic forces of Credonia and his allies. For too long now, our children have been killed at the hands of such imperialistic aggressors who think they have some kind of supreme right to intefere with our own policies.

We put this statement forward, so we may be able to form some kind of freedom fighter alliance with all forces of the Heavens Rim.

This..Heaven's Rim seems quite interesting... Currently, I've incited a war between Goldana and Euroslavia, using a terrorist attack within Goldana to spark that war... You see, Goldana thought Euroslavia carried out the attack, and now both nations are at war.
