Lots of people only use 1%. I have compulsory millitary service and my country is preparing for war so I used 5 or 6 percent. You'll get many different opinions but I think you could lower your numbers a little.

Point taken. I also use conscription.

The thing is, big number nations only have to use 1% because of their size whereas us smaller number nations need to resort to conscription. When we say we use 5% they yell at us for Godmodding. Strange, eh?

Yeah, a though I dont know why they call that godmoding, I have seen nations that just start, say they press there entire popuslation into military service, say they have nervegas, and ICBMs (One perfect example is=The Asian Pride.)

Though I think that you could probably handle that kind of a force, I don't think your economy would be able to keep it up for too long, unless the troops are extremely poorly trained. Maintaining a force of some 10,000,000 troops, even with conscription, is an extremely costly undertaking and you might find it more expedient to reduce that number significantly in favor of better trained and equipped forces. For instance, though our population isn't too far off from two billion people, we maintain a military force of just over a million. Of course each Edolian soldier is trained to the point of perfection (we recruit the most promising future-soldiers at the age of four and train them until they are ready for combat) and equipped with the most advanced weaponry. Though we tend to take the concept of elite forces to the extreme, you might want to consider this idea.

Could any of these troops be available for other nations? I would buy the army list off you, I would make a few adjustments of course, I would give you a lot of money!

That might just be a littleto much...

Actually, the LAVs do not cost very much. I have shortened down my Navy and Air Force in order to add more to my Army.

Since I sell and drill for oil in oil-rich Antarctica I don't have very high oil prices.

By the way, it might be a good idea to fix up your navy. For one, battleships are obselete in today's warfare but it's your choice if you want to keep them or not. You also need a bigger escort for your carriers. Do you know what a carrier battle group is?

Battleships in Dimmimarare not the batleships of old. They use extremely modern technology in their armour and weaponry tracking.

Dimmimar does not have much of a navy, but we have a very big army.

just wonderin what you mean when you say a 300mm turret because if you mean the gun you need to sort the values out tigers used 88mm guns and panzers used up to 75mm guns what your talkin bout is a gun size like that of a sturmatiger i think thats the name neway. it was a tank destroyer and used morter rounds as such basicly now day it would be useless agains a 120mm rifled gun.

I don't agree. Nothing will mess up someone's carrier ops like a few rounds from 16 inch guns. And if you have a carrier, you can keep the enemy aircraft off of the battleship. In a standard Hattian fleet, we have 2 battleships per carrier, and it has seemed to work quite well.

16 inch guns? Gun size really is no longer important as rockets are in ships. But you have a point about battleships, they can be usefull. However, the price for buying and maintaining one is higher than a carrier and a carrier is more powerful. The US Navy only has a couple Iowa Class Battleships just for show.

Your army may be large Dimmimar but it looks like a big group of mass to me. You need to organize it and build it around a theme.
