I am the leader of the Militia States. I am looking to create and build up an army. How do I do this? I am realativly new to the role playing side and to this game. All/any help would be greatly apreciated.

If you read those they'll tell you how to play the game. It's not hard to pick up either, just by reading threads in the forums. That's how I learned...

Once you have a suitable population (in the hundreds of millions) you can set aside a SMALL percentage(1% or less) for youre army.[note: that is overall,not just infantry,thats servicemen,enginers,etc.]
then,look in 'storefronts' to buy equipment for youre army,and maybe navy/air force.
and then you RP how you use it,send foriegn aid to anotehr conflict,aid in some other war,but make sure you ahve very good evedince before you start a war on anotehr country,otherwise you will get bad comments,and even maybe ignored.

The way I do it is keep track of building day by day or week by week, perhaps month. You see, its better that way to keep it on Notepad and whatnot, like this:

you are a complete fool, you see i have what's called experience, which i was trying to share with you, coming into a thread and making some one obviously new to the site feel like an asshole is not the best way to play the game, now your intentions are not what i was looking at, but your actions, review how you speak to people, if you had gone into this thread and gently told the new guy that there were stickies at the top, or perhaps provided a link, as this may be someone (all be it unlikely) who has never gone on a message board and has no idea of what you speak,
