I'd hold that it would be expensive, problematic, and logistically confusing for him to mobilize such a large force...but nowhere near impossible.

If all of the force is supposed to be frontline warriors then it'd be impossible, but that is simply not the case. Dr_Twist has territories (with a massive local military force) proximal to both WA and RF and could easily mass those forces, based upon the RP'd orientation of his state.

your statements are true most of these are for supply lines and so on, not all are for fighting, only 20-25% are actually combat troops.

now THAT is a godmode. You can't possibly have 3 million troops. Your economy would plummet, and your nation would fall into civil unrest. why? thats less then 10% way less and thats all i have.

OOC: Anything approaching 5% is usually considered to be way beyond reason...the normal acceptable and reasonable size is between 0.2 and 2%...with some larger, poorly equipped forces of military dictatorships passing into the 3-4% territory.

And even any force you send will only have about 10-30% actual combatants (30% for a simply armed and unsophisticated (very limited high tech) force...10-15% for a US-style, high tech, well-trained and well-armed force).
