This is the current ruler of the Commonwealth of Keepers Post. I've just seen some weird contraption move by our little island chain and have found this radio. The natives here kidnapped me and have declared that I shall rule them, and so I am asking for help in modernizing this nation into something more than a bunch of tribespeople armed with sticks and stones. Please send anything you can spare to teach us, equip us, etc...

If you need compensation, we could work something out...

The Free Corporation of Nano Soft is willing to send 5,000 civil engineers to start construction on modern schools, and other stuff like that. Once they are complete we will send over teachers to educate the people also. We suggest that you go with a school system some what like Nano Soft, we have a 100% literacy rate. Once that is all done we can introduce an old train system to the country. We are willing to do all this is exchange for maybe some native fruit that is good that could be traded. We will modernize the country just for what we ask. Also one question, how big is this island? Are we talking about a tiny island the size of Hawaii? Or something the size of Japan or something?

The ARSB will deploy 150 military personnel to your nation to educate your people on self defense. And after selected 'tribesmen' are educated and taught on the safe use of a firearm, we will provide 500 RSR-39 assault rifles as well as 50000 rounds of ammunition to the people to begin a self defense force. If the leader agrees, the 150 'advisors' can stay and continually train the men to become a self-sufficient and fairly effective defense force, utilizing the new assault rifles, new military tactics, and their old knowledge of the island to provide you with an efficient, guerilla-type defense force capable of fighting over any terrain on your island and protecting that island from enemy combatants.

To Nano Soft: Our island nation is composed of 3 large islands that form a rough triangle, and is surrounded by countless smaller islands. The fruit will be ready for you when your engineers arrive.

To Soviet Bloc: We thank you for the military assistance and eagerly look forward to the advisors you will send us.

To Auslandreich: The Commonwelath of Keepers Post thanks you, but declins the offer of tanks. Being islands, we feel that a naval force and aerial support will be far more important to the national defense.

Just as a thought to Auslandreich and Soviet Bloc I don't think that Keepers Post would be able to support and finance suck weapons. First it would be much more important for him to grow and economy then he would have money to finance these weapons. Also I would think he would start out with maybe WWII weapons instead of modern because they are cheaper.

A simple account would be created for Commonwealth of Keepers Post. The debt (plus interest) would be settled when they are capable of doing so (maximum period of 20 years).

Failure to settle the account may lead to millitary activity in the future.

Nano soft: Strong economy, and a population of 1.142 billion.
Auslandreich is smaller than you-but is still your superior in military strength, as it were.

We still think that 20 years is not enough for a country starting from scratch.

We are providing them the weapons for free as they need more capable defense then a spears, arrows, and stones. We will also provide ammunition and our overall services for free. We will only begin charging for our services after the government seems financially secure.
