Arround the perrimeter of the Chancellery were hundreds of police officers. Never had security been this tight, for never had there been such a meeting, in all the history of Martha's Vineyard.

Inside, Chancellor von Stuben walked calmly to the podium. He was in the great conference room of the Chancellery, his own house. It's great vaulted ceiling contrasted sharply with the old conference room that had been destroyed in a fire a little over two years previously. Arround the conference table were seated delegates from all across the island. Extreme measures had driven them to this meeting.

"Fellow diplomats, ambasadors, envoys, and heads of state, I thank you for gathering here today, at such short notice," started Chancellor von Stuben. "We are faced with a choice. War, or peace? To fight, or to co-exist? There are those of us here that have great aspirations for our respective nations. I admit that I have great hopes for the Federation of Kampfenstaaten. However, I will not go rushing blindly into war, without seeking an alternate route first. That is why I have asked you here. It is my sincere hope that together, we can reach a peaceful and mutually benificial agreement."

With that, Chancellor von Stuben took his seat, yielding the microphone to the next speaker.

As the microphone was passed to him, the Master rose to face his audience. "I concur with the good Chancellor! Already my great nation has come too close to war! Thanks be to God on high that it did not come to battle." He paused for a moment as the rest of the delagates murmured in agreement. He continued," It is foolish to think that one can just go rushing blindly into conflict, but, as a great man once said, we cannot shy away from it, either. There is no denying it: There is tension between our lands. Why I've heard tail of assasination plots from the east, but I do not know which are true and which are false! I've heard that there is already a plan of war in the makings on the eastern shores of this great island!"
At these words, the audience of delagates and diplotmates began to quietly harrumph to themselves and each other. The Dictator went on.
"I believe that we should indeed all form an alliance, if not to protect ourselves, than each other! And let any man who does not wish it so speak up!" With that, he downed his remaining bourbon and sat, hoping to himslef that his word had gotten through to the rest of them...

Benin Samoht takes a large gulp from his complementary bottle of scotch, curtesy of The Drunken Master, takes the Microphone.
"As I don't condone war, I agree with the Master, however I believe without war the nations here will soon grow anctious for something to do besides internal affairs. As it is I am beginning to run dry of issues in my own Country to take care of, so at that note I sadly admit that something big needs to happen soon, or it will happen later and be bigger and more disastorous when it does." All eyes turn to Anwendenzustande at this last comment on disruptive nations in the area. The dictator passes the microphone on, and finishes his scotch, while starting a conversation with the delegate to his right on why the heck the pyrotopians are.

Sudenly, the doors burst open. In strides a man clothed in black, a dark cape flowing behind him. At his waist hangs a sword.
"Sorry I'm late. I was deladed on my way here." He speaks quickly, adding, "I'm Black Heart, The Overlord's right-hand general. I speak for The Dark Nexus." Then, he walks quickly to his seat.

the doors open shortly after balck heart enters and in strides a strikingly beautiful women with black hair and eyes to match and a tightfitting black jumpsuit. She looks around the room and speak "I am Shinra, Sister to Emperor Magus Osangi Kenshin, due to rituals in our country my brother can not attend this meeting and sends me in his place. I hope none of you object to a women within this room joining your peace talks and if you dont like it well tough shyt. All i have to say now is that war is ineeitable if we do not do something about Anwendenzustande they seem to have hungry with power and i believe that to be a wrong. we are a tiny region and we should be joined together to extend our power slowly over the world unitl we have a place for our selves in this world. we should expand to outside places not kill each other within." Shinra then seductivly walks over to her seat and sits down, her cold staring drilling into each one of the other nations here.

In the distance a helicopter can be heard and is now getting closer. From out of the helicopter a faint figure can be seen approching the summet. This figure is now noticable, and is nonother than High Admiral Goeckel. He pulls out a hand-held mic and starts to talk.

"As you all know by now the situation that has erupted in the south, and to take precautions I will be building a massive wall around my borders in order to protect me from CAIN and thier soon to be puppets. I feel that just because the Enebrates were colonizing my claimed lands, you are all conspiring to take out my nation, that is why i'm doing this. I will be putting all my forces and my people on temporary high alert just in case something happens.
And to the nation of ninja's, my apologies on not attending your cerimoney, I had some important bussiness to attend too."

And with this statement High Admiral Goeckel turned off the mic and slowly walked to the helicopter pad, but not before taking a look at everyone attending. As he gets into the heli music can be heard playing, and it sounds fainly like the Russian national anthem. Just as the heli takes off hundreds of flyers are dropped all saying "Beware of CAIN's influence".

Shinra slams the table "What is with men and their friggin testosterone overload. See what I mean i think if he will not join us peacfully then we take him by force we can not expand if we have enemies like this within our region. I propose a force set up of CAIN and any other alliance tied with CAIN or Butunishi to send out troops and take down this menace in the south." Shinra glares at the room awating a respose.

A man in a very sharp $3000 dollar Itallian suite gets up, flanked by two bodyguards who's coats for some reason seem very ridgid, as if something heavy and metal is in them... He moves to the mic and speaks
"Greetings, I am Roger Barret, Aide-De-Camp to Erik, The Lord of Chappy, and my words are as good as his. I am here to say that Chappy's Alliance with CAIN overrides all other agreements made before, that said though Chappy does not wish war, neither does anyone else in this room I hope. However I do not believe Anwendenzustande is a direct theat to anyone's homeland, and this whole matter is something that can be solved with minimal intervention from other nations and hopefully solved queitly and civilized-ly (at this point someone mutters something about civilized-ly not beign a word, Roger Barret quietly writes down his name on his speach paper). To sum this up i believe two nations buesiness doesn't effect any one else unless the war has a chance to spill over and cause other "unplesentries"" Roger Barret steps down and goes to take his seat.

Shinra plops down into her chair. "Your right, sorry for my sudden outburst, My family has been through many wars I guess it seems the only action to me. I will say though that if they make any threating moves towards anybody upon this region I will have my brother send in as many assassins as he can muster to take down that meance. mark my words." Shinra then sits quietly licking her lips as she looks around at all the other men in here and wonders which has a wife or not.

As the Deligates coninue taking turns with the mic, a huge rumbling is heard. it gets ouder and louder and louder. Outside the door a convoy of tan ford explorers pulls up. five men jump out four of them stop at the door. The last man Straping in appearance with a golden cape and a turban on his head quetly walks in and takes his seat. As everyone knew, it was Dr. Thrax from talibobania. He has not taken the mike yet due to the fact that his allies are not present. He has much to say, but his patients allows for him to wait untill his ally are here to say it.

You may all not know it right now, but I belive that CAIN is making secret plans to take me out because I do not belive in thier ways. If this happens then you should all fight against them becuase they said they want a NON-agression act. But I don't belive this. As of right now the Dark Nexus and I are talking and he's starting to believe that CAIN is too powerful to be controlled. If war happends what will stop them? And i know that i'm target #1. So please relieze this. If it comes to that I WILL use unconventional weapons, I.E. chemical, biological, & nuclear warfare.

The delegate from The Gulf took the stand. A strapping young man about twenty with a clear understanding of foreign diplomacy, he is dressed in a coal black suit. He said, "It is true there is dissention among the nations here on Martha's Vineyard. However, war is never the answer. Everything can be solved through diplomacy. It is necessary for all those involved to keep an open mind, however. A good diplomat never fails, and I intend to help in any way I can. Any conflicts requiring mediation, please no not hesitate to send The Gulf a telegram. We welcome any and all embassies in our land (we currently have one from Kampfenstaaten) and hope to serve as a moderator between us all. Think of us as the New York City of Martha's Vineyard: the home of the United Nations. Speaking of which, I encourage all you UN members to nominate The Gulf as regional delegate. But I digress...

"To start, I would like to address the Chappy Crisis. It is apparant these lands are disputed. My solution is simple: the nation currently recognized as the controller of the island retain it and the country wishing to invade be given Edgartown harbor and all ports on its shores. Therefore, all imports to Chappy go through the Edgartown ports and as high a tariff as Eric sees fit can be placed on goods. With small effort, MV can be saved from ravaging war."

The man sits down to the applause of those attending. Those in the audience begin chanting: "Dip-lo-ma-cy! Dip-lo-ma-cy!"

Gentlmen and ladie, This summit has turned from a hope for peace to a cry for war. Why must the nations of the island bitterly squabble over land. Its just dirt why do you need it that bad. Are you leaders acting on behaf of your people? look to them, what to they want! our greed is blinding us beyond the point of no return. The only way for there to truly be peace is to cut the crap. No more secrete plans to against other countries (glance at shinra) no secrete alliances. In order to secure peace, ther can not be any sort of internal objective. There is no real reason why we must fight. We must simply just put our prejudices aside and co-exist as brother. in other words, just keep it chill.

Why is it that everyone has the watchful eye on me when the ninja's already have a list of people to assassinate? But I do agree with Dark Nexus that whoever goes to war CAIN will decide who the winner is. And I resent the fact that the ninja's are disregarding all my sayings here! Am I actually here? Well no for my safety, but did you all notice that pack of random cigs near the corner? I bet you didn't but i'm not stupid, I can hear everything going on here.

"It would seem that the Talibobania has spies in all of our facilities and if that doesn;t show a nation planning something then i dont know what does. Yes I admit our ninja Assassins are getting ready and we have sent out many delagates to many nations here, but let me tell you the real reason before your mines are perverted by the Talibobania false info. My brother is sending out delagates as to try and bring all of the nations of MV together so that we might be able to expand our horizens. instead of always fighting why not join together and fight people on the outside, they are the real threat. Think of the formidle force we might yet be if we ban together as a whole and not as small sectors. I ask you all let us ease ties with Anwendenzustande and Abolish CAIN why do we not have a Region not controlled by few but by all and decision made by everyone that is a essential part to this region. I say we form the MVRA (Marthas Vineyard Regional Alliance) or something around those lines. please think on this before making false accusations." Shinra sits down and closes her eyes rubbing her temples.

Benin Samoht of Matakarma rises from his seat, replacing his bottle of scotch
"As a Pariaha of Peace keeping in this Island Community I find it to be my moral right as a member of the UNited Nations to instigate the disarmament of Anwendenzustande's previously mentioned, in a threat against CAIN, I believe, Nuclear Weapons program. I also must inquire on the statis of all other nation's Nuclear Weapons programs and I insist on a commitee in which the leaders of this region can regulate these Weapons of Mass destruction."
He sits down and resumes a quieter tone, after topping off his complimentary bottle of scotch he nods his thanks to the Drunken Master, and turns to Shinra,
"everything in place for the Pure Project?"
He looks around noticing that some of the leaders overheard this comment, jotting their names down in a a skin bound notebook marked in blood "To Be Silenced"

As the noise in the chamber rose to a dull roar, with delegates from all nations arguing back and forth, the head of the Drunken Master suddenly bolted up and out of the puddle of bile surrounding his head from when he had passed out some hours ago, most likely from the undue amounts of scotch he had consumed before the meeting. As he arose, his head pounded, not just from the binge drinking, but from all the hateful noise fillng the room. As he slowly stumbled to his feet, the rest of the room seemed to fall into a dull hush, astounded by the rising of this Drunk of Drunks from his slumber. With an animal-like roar he spoke:
"SILENCE!!!!! ALL OF YOU!!! CHRIST!!! WE ARE DELEGATES HERE, NOT CHILDREN!!!"
This quelled those few still speaking. With great agitiation, he continued.
"We came here not to wage war on each other, but to MAKE PEACE! This is not some mesely bickerfest! Now, I realize that there are some nations here," as he glared at High Admiral Goeckel's representitive,"who feel that there is a conspiracy against them. Now, I can assure you that there is no such thing, at least not on the part of CAIN. I would not allow my people to be allied with a group of backstabbers and conspirators! Now look, if there is anyone who is not here to make peace with everyone here, then you are DISMISSED!"
With that, he sat, leaving the room in silent awe.

Instantly the police officers present drew their pistols, training them on Black Heart. A deafening hush fell over the room. Chancellor von Stuben rose.

"Is this what its come down to? You have resorted to drawing your weapon in this, a peace summit? Shame. Shame on all of you."

"I called this summit. I DID. Not High Admiral Geockel. Not Dr. Thrax. Not Shinra. And yet I am denounced as a war monger! What have I done? I have declared war on nobody, and yet I am treated like the tyrant!"

And so far we have been willing to make peace by you have been stoping it a most of the time. I do realize you did stop short of a real war with the the unduly inebriate but only after he came to us for help. Please all we want is peace do not start to pataronize CAIN again.

Into an empty room stumbles the GrunHolz delegate, Jerrod Dunkel. Woooaaah! i spaced on the meeting. but that was a heady chill sesh earlier. well i guess everyone went home.

Jerrod finds a sharpy on the floor and begins to write a message on the wall for those who may check out the meeting hall in the morning.

my apologies, fellow delegates of MV. i have read all that was posted and frankly i didnt miss much. the accusations and bickering is the reason that the Tri-Town Alliance of Up-Islands was formed and will grow. we wish to elevate above this. lets keep it chill

although Talibobania was present, i have to say that, as the delegate for the founding nation of TAUN, TAUN is not ready to make an all island alliance nor is it ready to formally agree to any alliance with CAIN. long negotiations would be required. this is not to say we dont approve of them, all i am saying is that my government would want further discussions before an agreement was made with the powerful members of CAIN.
we haven't seen the level of maturity that we desire among rulers. the druids of GrunHolz and of Hempania seek balance in all things as do the clerics of new storm and i would like to declare that TAUN will come to the aid of those we feel are mistreated here on our vineyard home. we seek only balance and will take steps to adjust the nature of things when imblalances arise. only one must realize that to our people war is a last resort.

After a pause that seems to take hours (ooc: sorry about that...) Black Heart sheaths his sword. Grumbling something about dam democratic softies, he returns to his seat.

The Master slowly rose to his feet, his head still pounding. He spoke sloemnly and apologetically.
"Lady and Gentlemen, I wish to appologize for this drunken stupor that I have remained in for the last few hours. It was inappropriate, and I hope you will all accept this apology. I am truly sorry." At this, most of the summit attendees nodded in acceptance. He continued, saying, "However, the reason I intoxicated myself so is that all I have been hearing today and last evening is that most of us not already allied with one another wish nothing more than to see those who they're not allied with obliterated. I hope that this is not so, and that this summit has not been called in vain. I currently have an alliance with nations of CAIN, as well as Non-Agression pacts with Shazzlandia, The New Storm, and the West Tisbury, Butishini, Matakarma, and Tri-Townia, and I wish to have more alliances with more nations. Hopefully, my example may be followed and expanded upon in the years to come. Let us remember that our overall objective is not to encourage war, but to prevent it." With that he sat, waiting for a response.

He waits for a responce. Then, getting none, he contiunes:

His voice echos in the silent room. Without another word, Black Heart returns to his seat.

The Master jumped to his feet.
"I feel that you are missing the point my dear black heart. The intention here is not to cause paranoia, but to dispell it." He waited for a response from the Nexus representitive, but recieved none. " It seems to me that you are just as against peaceful solutions as you are to alliances with "Backsatbbers", as you call Anwendenzustande. It is in my opinion, sir, that you have said all that you have to contribute here, and I ask that you leave immediately. All those who agree, say 'I'."
He remained standing, his eyes as sharp as a fancy new miricale blade ,from chef jimmy, glaring at Black Heart.

Black Heart glares back and for a moment it seems he will draw his sword again. Instead, he clenches his fist and, laboring to keep his rage in check, responds.
"I'll be positive, then. The Dark Nexus suports the movement to not use nukes. Such weapons should not be used lightly, if at all."

Field Marhshal MacMullen walks up to the mic

" Gentlemen and Lady I would like to say that theis talk are not going any ware and for the repusentitve From The Dark Nexus please do not talk like that I undersand you feeling becaus you allicens brock dnow. In Nacnudia an Alliences is somethink like a mans word..."
he takes a pause
"and that word is not to be brocken. In Nacundia a man word is his bond and that is specal. that is what I think. we should try to work out this mess. I would like to appologize to the nations that think CAIN is pushing them out. We are not trying to do this I give you my word. but if you do somthing rash we can not help you. please do not get up set this is why we are have this talks to work out owr problems. we need time to talk about problems, do not rush in to war. we have seen the one of the great nations of the Island fall under it own presser. we do not to see other fall under other presser."
A hush come over the summit
"thank you for lisaning to me, if we do not stop war here i fear we will not stop it any ware.

It is my feeling that the long-winded nation that starts with an A should receive numbers one and two, as requested, as well as complete naval superiority over Edgartown Great Pond. In fact, I would lend the funds of the Gulf as well as manpower to dig a canal from EGP to the Atlantic to allow boat traffic, if requested. However, the stipulation would require the A country to open the borders of sections 1 and 2 to free trade and welcome colonization of the land by the nation-states in the region. Country A could require rent and impose tariffs, if Goeckel so chose. War is not an option. ("Dip-lo-ma-cy!")

I also feel CAIN's agenda is interfering. The Gulf's stand on the situation is CAIN should not use it military strength to gang up on other nations. CAIN can be organized as a group of nations sharing the same beliefs, but please do not gang up and force nations into doing something they don't want.

The Master stands and turns to the representatives from the Emirate of the Gulf.
"As you know, my nation was involved a short time ago in a conflict over that region, and would like to inform you, and all of theose unaware of this fact, that High Admiral Goeckle and myself have made an agreement over the land in question. "These talks grow anoying to even me. The way I see it, we have two votes to make: nukes or no nukes and whether we should have a regional government. I vote yes to no nukes and am willing to try regional government. The Dark Nexus will, however, withdraw from said government should it turn foul. That having been said, let's vote."

The Master arose. "Yes, I agree with Black Heart! These petty arguments have gone on far too long. I realize that I, too, have had a part in them, but havent we all? It is time to put these past us. It is indeed time to vote.
On the first issue, of whether or not to utilize weapons of mass destruction, I vote 'Nay'. They should never be put to use. Let this not, however impact the uranium mining of other nations, including my own.
On the second issue, of having a regional government, I vot 'Yay'. Just because I belong to CAIN and rule over my people with an iron fist doesn't mean I can't be slightly democratic. And, to those of you who are saying that CAIN is no more than conservative democracies, might I remind you that I am in fact an Iron Fisted Consumerist, running a Dictatorship in which my people are practically slaves. Happy, prosperous slaves."
With that, he sat.

Look, if CAIN would stop blaming everything on me then I "wouldn't be a menace to society". You can't just single out one person, that's why I won't trust you because you singled me out even before the Enerbrates were in your alliance. Now isn't this true? Huh? Chancellor von Stuben was weary. Perhaps it was the incencent bickering. Perhaps it was that stupid chant started by the diplomat from the Gulf (who didn't seem to realize he was chanting alone, at this point, or perhaps it was the fact that he hadn't slept in over 36 hours. Regardless, he rose, yet again, to speak.

"Allow me to address the last two statements made by the ambassador from the Gulf. It seems as though you have some misconceptions about the true nature of CAIN. We do have an agenda: mutual defense. We did in fact apply diplomatic pressure upon the nation of Anwendzustande. Why, you ask? Because the sovereign nation of the Unduly Inebriated appealed to us for help. They did this because their colony, which they established through completely legitamate means, was threatened by the High Admiral Geockel. The Admiral had laid claim to the regions 1 and 2 after the Drunken Master had begun colonization. However, this action was not followed by any colonization attempts. To date, the nation of Anwendenzustande still has not sent colonists into either region (ooc: i say this because he has not presented any posts saying so). In essence, he said the territory belonged to him, when in fact it was unsettled land. Furthermore, no other nation recognized his claim. Thus, he had no legitimate claim to the region."

"However, the two nations in question have reached an agreement, or so I believe, in which the High admiral will receive the eastern portion of the settled lands of Unduly Inebriated's colony. Furthermore, any further expansion by either nation will respect a line partitioning the town halves of region 1. We now await confirmation from the High Admiral on this agreement."

"Because of this, hostilities have been averted. CAIN will not attack Anwendzustande, nor would we have, unless they made good on their threat to use military force to oust the colonies of the Drunken Master from region 1, or the colony of Kampfenstaaten from region 2, which was also established under legitimate methods."

"Now, The Gulf has released these statements:"

I will remind all here that both the Drunken Master and the High Admiral were allied in the Triple Axis at the time. Thus, we offered to fight on his behalf IF HE WERE ATTACKED. By doing so, we were applying diplomatic pressure to a self-proclaimed dictator, who showed little signs of backing down from Unduly Inebriated itself. Thereby we averted any bloodshed, which you yourself have said is not an option."

"After all this, when war has been averted, you come forth, and propose to reward the High Admiral's belligerent behavior with both regions 1 and 2? Need I remind you that both the Federation of Kampfenstaaten and the Unduly Inebriated have legitimate settlements in the area, which we achieved without the threat of force? And to give full control of the Edgartown Great Pond would be a slight against the nation of Shazzilandia. Such an biased opinion leads me to one of two conclusions: either you are misinformed, which I hope, or you are prejudiced towards CAIN's conservative bend, which I fear. However, I will give you the benefit of the doubt on this subject."

With that, the Chancellor turned his gaze to the entire body of delegates.

"Having stated all this, I would like to redirect the focus of this meeting to the greater island. We came here with the intention of creating a lasting peace. While we have averted an immediate crisis, the behavior of many delegates leads me to believe that hostilities cannot be completely abolished. Hence I would like to propose (ooc: I can't believe I'm saying this...) a regional United Nations. This is not to be confused with an alliance. It would be a permanent, impartial body, with equal representation from every country. Such a body could settle disputes before they happened, and lend legitimacy to other important matters."

"I know some of you have objections to the existence of CAIN, or TAUM for that matter, and would use this as an argument to force their disbanding. However, I would object to such action. These two alliances are similar to the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, or NATO. NATO was formed in 1949, and exists to this very day. All members are also members of the UN. But I digress."

"Delegates of the Stuttgart Summit, I place before you the issue of a regional United Nations assembly. I know that The Gulf would be willing to host this assembly. Therefore, I call for a vote!"

With that, the Chancellor, both physically and emotionally exhausted, slumped down into his seat, and awaited the outcome...

Geockel. I'm not singleling you out because you aren't at the meeting. I would ask anyone who is not role-playing properly to do so. Im not upset about it. It's just for the continuity of the story. Nor am I saying that your opinion doesn't matter. It does. Everyones does. I am simpily asking you to work your opinion into the story. Perhaps you could send a delegate to take the place of the admiral. That would be perfectly acceptable.

Now you want to know why we refer to you as a menace? Because we are role-playing. You made threats towards Jon, and we are standing up for him. We are not blaming everything on you. ooc: Allow me to clarify. I did not recognize your claim to the entirety of region 1 and 2. I do regcognize your newly aquired territory in the south of region 1, and the fact that you have sent people there. I finally got a chance to update the map, and it will reflect that. That's probably why you think we don't recognize your lands, and I am sorry that I took so long to get it updated.

The Chancellor arose, and walked to the end of the table where a high pitched buz was coming from a packet of cigarettes someone had left there. With one swift motion of his binder, he crushed them flat, and then resumed his seat.

'That'll help get ride of my headache,' he thought.

I come here in peace towards all nations and agree to this rumored preposition for a Martha's Vineyard league of Nations in which we can delegate rules which will aplly to us all, now if you'll let me my leave I shall pass the Mic to whosoever wishes it next." The Lord Commander sits down and looks around at his accomidations. "hey scotch! sweet jesus this place rocks."

The Master smells sn enchantingly fragrant scent in the air upon the arrival of the diplomadudes from Social Inadeqacy, and sends an official away from the table to go and speak with the Socially Inadequate diplomats about a possible trade offer...

Soon after his offficial returns from his meeting with Social Inadequacy, smelling slightly 'earthier' than he did before, the Master whispers to his security personell that he must depart. It was time to traverse into Talibobania to partake in the tiger hunt. He needed the brake from the summit, and killing tigers was just the thing to quell his hangover. When there is a dull moment in the conferences, he stood.
"Gentlemen and Lady, I'm sorry to interrrupt, but I must be leaving. I intend to partake in the open invitation sent out by the good Doctor Thrax to join in a tiger hunt. I shall leave with you my Secretary of International Diplomacy, whom I trust as much as my own father. He is prepared to speak on my behalf on all matters. Please direct any questions regarding our fair nation to him. With that, I shall bid you adieu and hope to see many of you alongside my jeep during the chase. Farewell, my friends!"
With that, the Master and his security team strode briskly from the room.

My apologies for the misguided comments about sections 1 and 2. The GCI (Gulf Center for Intelligence) failed to inform me, the Gulf delegate, of the new developments. They did let Emir Duncan know, but the word was not passed to me. In facct, the GCI as been focused on the Bush and Liberals region and their possible hostility. We are trying to avert inter-region war. But, I digress.

I urge all of you to create a UN center in The Gulf, as proposed by Kampfenstaaten. This will ultimately improve the well-being of all nations, and hopefully secure peace. On that note, delegates from the Gulf should attend international UN meetings. Please vote the Gulf as official UN delegate, if you are a member.

With that, he dashed out of the hall to where the Minister of Agriculture and Conservation, Heinz Klapp, was waiting. The two stepped aboard a Bell UH-1 "Huey," that was waiting for them in the Chancellor's driveway. The remaining delegates looked skyward as the helicopter slowly disappeared into the sky...

The D.o.t.U.I.'s Secretary of International Diplomacy arose from his seat, spoke into the mic as everyone was gathering there coats and whatnots and reminded them,"And don't forget!
