As some nations will already be aware, Geodarvia is struggling under the unfair dictatorship of Max Oldfield. The Geodarvian PEoples' Front (GPF) has appealed for, and recieved, help from the global community.

Now the revolution has started. We have placed snipers all around the locations of Mr Oldfield's likely private and public appearances in the next 48 hours, having watched him for many weeks.

We have also readied our new Orca fighters, 20 km outside the capital, our ig-8 tanks 10km outside and our infantry consisting of 30,000 militia and almost 20,000 donated troops (from Oxford & Cambridge and )

We plan the assassinations of Oldfield, his aides and advisors and his mistress for tomorrow morning. His family will be taken hostage and treated well until the end of the conflict, when they will be sent to another country yet to be decided (any volunteers please contact Hayley Bailey on 07792-625086)

Following that the infantry and tanks will be sent but will not kill anything unarmed or unessential. They will be mainly for 'scare' value only.

The Houses of Parliament will be stormed and taken under control. At that point we expect a surrender but if not we will use the Houses' considerable defences and fight to the death.

Hayley Bailey will be named as honourary Queen, and she will appoint a Prime Minister shortly. She is also expected to be awarded Geodarvia's Most Beautiful Woman later this week. She is looking for a husband, probably to gain new alliances early in the life of the Armed Republic of Geodarvia.

The assassination has taken place. Oldfield was shot three times from three different directions, but only the third shot managed to peirce his kevlar jacket.

The tanks are moving into position and the Orca fighters are taking out artillery in and around the city. Once the area is clear the infantry will advance and take the Capital.

We have been watching the situation developing in your country and we are prepared to lend assistance and sanctuary in our nation. Also we are willing to send SpecOps to help you deal with the rebels.

This is the first transmission of the new Geodarvian Government.

As expected, once the country heard of Oldfield's death and the capture of the Houses of Parliament, the military surrendered within minutes. The country is under the control of GPF which will become the government of the Republic of Geodarvia. An election will take place later today to decide on a Prime Minister.

IC: As with any new system of government, there are those who support the old regime and those who dislike change. There are some in our new government who would have them killed as a display but both the new Prime Minister, Jeff Chick (who won with 68% of the votes) and Queen Hayley will not tolerate this violence as it is exactly the reason we revolted in the first place.

We have offered these people the chance to leave Geodarvia for another nation, and the response has been gneerally positive. All we need now is a volunteer to take 500,000 people off our hands.

Until then they are being kept separated from the rest of the population, as we don't want any trouble.

Will nobody take these potential troublemakers off our hands?

In that case, it has been decided that a sum of $500 per opposing person, coming to a sum of $250,000,000 if a nation wishes to take all of them.

Needless to say, these people are seen as troublemakers by Geodarvia but they will support any dictator-led government.

Tri-Federation, your support for the old government is understandable but misplaced. In many other circumstances you would be right to support the original regime. But Oldfield was a corrupt and evil man. We sought many peaceful solutions to the problems he caused but he was a typical dictator and refused to allow us the say we needed in the running of our country.

We eventually took the violent, military approach that some of us had been hoping for anyway. The population is now generally happier, much safer and more powerful in the running of Geodarvia.

Please reconsider your statement of support. We wanted to gain respect and support from this action, not to make any enemies.

Ebolania commends Geodarvia for its peaceful post-revolution aftermath, and hopes that life will resume its normal course in Geodarvia.

Our rather unimportant nation would offer a home to any who need it, a proviso, they are willing to work and learn a new life.

If on the other hand, they hope to find a base of operations for future rebel actions, we know how to deal with that.

Credonia has very kindly agreed to take them off our hands - they are making their own ways to you (they have their own transport) and all are self-sufficient. They require no benefits from your government other than a place to support a dictatorship. To stop the potential threat of illegal immigrants pretending to be part of this Geodarvian shipment, they carry unique ID passes so you can let them through your borders.
