clone trooper legion (500000 men) $50 billion
clone troopers are fast to build and have a big advantage over droid, robots. But aren't fast enough to kill a jedi or sith.

Jitano, it doesn't matter... Its building and maintenance costs would be horrendous, even higher than anything that has been built so far (that I know of...)
