The Druid King Vegeta sat, stiff and upright on his ivory throne within the the royal hall of Ultima City. His eyes stared, open and placid, into the beam of sunlight that blazzed through the windows above. Word had reached him of war. Nations belonging to the Treaty of Lyong were involved in an armed dispute with various nations over seas. Kaiokens' home was at war...a war that Kaioken new nothing of and had no concern with. The King shifted in his chair. The sun has risin higher in the sky and temporarily blinded Vegeta King. "Blind..." he thought to himself as he slowly regained his sight. "Is that what I am?"

"Sire, we cannot sit idely as our allies and friends wage war outside our boarders. Although they are strong, there is strength in numbers, and in unity. If we join them, the Penninsula will finally be united. Spyr has offered to us to joi..."

"Yes Druid, I am well aware of what Spyr is proposing."

"Then, my King, why delay so? Let us not become as the dwarfs were, sealed and bethrothed in our own lands. We have unique services that would be of great aid to the Treaty. Our lands have strenghtened and developped greatly since last we met with Spyr, it is time for us to open our doors and offer our aid." said the Druid Advisor

"I suppose you are correct wise Advisor. Our lands are now secure within once again, and the glory of Kaioken has been reborn in the hearts of our people. We do owe Spyr our fellowship as they are also our brothers, as our the other Nations that share our home. We may be fewer in numbers and arms than some, but we do offer unique skills that are unmatched in the region...yes...dispatch word to Spyr...the White City of Ulitma...and Kaioken will answer their call."
