OVERLORD MURPHY: Men and women of the Parliament, I come before you tonight to ask for your blessing in the first great venture of our young nation. For too long, the Holy Empire of Computoria has been allowed to oppress its people, and allow back market special interests to run rampant. Tonight, I ask you to give me, as commander in chief, the authority to put a stop to it. I have recently confered with regional powers, and it is clear that we have an unstopable multinational coalition. If given the authority, we WILL stop Computoria from opressing its people, and we WILL rule the day. I ask you tonight, men and women of Murphdawggia, shall a state of war, henceforth, exist between the Armed Republic of Murphdawggia and the Holy Empirre of Computoria?

MEMBERS OF PARLIAMENT: Yes!

OVERLORD MURPHY: Very well. I believe that I interpret the will of the Pariment and the people when I say a state of war exists between Murphdawggia and Computoria.

As a friend and ally in the region of Booze, the people of the Kingdom of Blutarski support you in your war against Computoria. We believe that in order for peace to be created in the entire world, sometimes you have to use non-peaceful means for the greater good.

Republic of Murphdawggia, the people of Blutarski support you in whatever form you may need it bethat economic, political or military. Victory!

NEWS ON THE MARCH

ANNOUNCER: IT'S WAR! Just hours after declaring war in the Parliment building, Overlord Murphy burned a Computorian flag on the front lawn of the National Executive Mansion. The demonstration was met with wild applause from the assembled throngs. Later, a man in the assembly was beaten by federal police after shouting "Long live Computoria." Late yesterday, the Kingdom of Blutarski joined our noble cause.
In our nation's military bases, our fighting men and women, over 500,000 strong, are gearing up for the trip overseas to liberate Computoria's masses. The first shipment of liberators set sail from our nation's harbors late last night. On the high seas, our small navy is up for the challange, and in the skies, our small squadron of fighter jets are on patrol. Our nation is ready, our military is ready, but we need fighting men and women like YOU to participate if we expect to achieve victory. Go down to your local recruiting station today Don't just watch the action, be a part of it! Make war, and make Overlord Murphy proud!

In a stunning display of patriotism, recruiting offices are open late into the night to handle the long lines of freedom-lving citizens that are getting on board the war effort in Blutarski. "Although we are a relatively small nation, our citizens are swinging a big hammer in this effort" Commandant of the Navy Vincent Baker said today.

The Office of Information in Blutarski released the following statement shortly after the military was mobilized, "I see no reason why the people of Computoria won't rise up against their country's leadership when they see that other nations care about the oppression that they have suffered so that we can bring them the freedom that they desire."

Murphdawggia and Blutarski are resolute in their desire to liberate Computoria and government delegates are speaking to other like-minded nations to enlist their help.

President Choate: Members of the House of Corporations, there has long been an unspoken aggreement that the members of this region defend each other. The people Support the the war in computoria, and so does the House of the Citizenry. I have just come from the were a vote was taken to declare war on computoria. I ask you this would you risk losing your home, your country, your region to the masses of computoria? THat is what you are doing if you sit here and do nothing. Assure that Booze will win this war and lend our support to them. DO NOT Risk our freedom because of politics. Always remeber our great nations motto "Live Free or Die." Thank you

On Feburary 11, 2004 the Choatesylvania compulsory militia and the corporate armies began their march toward Computoria to join Murphdawgia and Bultaski.

Today marks the first day of troop movements for Choatesylvania. The President was on the deck of the Aircraft Carrier Firey Hell this morning speaking bfore the troops.

President Choate: Today you fight for freedom. Not just the freedom of Choateslyvania, or even the freedom of Booze, but for the freedom of the world! [Cheers]

Ike Rather: The military of Choatesylvania will primarily provide Naval and Air support, and some mechanized ground support, but Infantry deployment is still less than 500 men, acounting for only 1/20th of the nations 10,000 man military.
In other news the only pair of booze hounds in captivity had a pup today. Mandy Spedman, head of the endanged speciecs program at the zoo says this is the first captive birth ever. The pup is named St. Paddy and is in good health.
