Mysterious Nuclear blast
EPNN Broadcast: We have confirmed that a nuclear blast has indeed occured inside the naval borders of CEP. We have many eyewitness reports from fisherman and tourists walking the beaches. The blast is unknown in nature however it has been confirmed to be nuclear by the tell tale mushroom cloud and left over radiation. Party Leader Arseneault has been un reachable for comment
CEPN Broadcast: The government is testing nuclear weapons on our beaches! At 0200 hours last night they fired a nuclear weapon off our coast, we emplore the international communnity to interveene! Get weapons inspecyors into the CEP asap!! And as further proof that it was a govenment plot our party leader cannot be reached for comment!
Article in The Patriot Times: Last night a terrorist organization attempted to infiltrate our borders with a nuclear weapon. However their plot was foiled by our nation's security forces and the weapon was detonated harmlessly off shore. We only await an oppurtunity to speak with the party leader to confirm our information.

We apologize deeply we were developing a new missle with a nuke we fired it we tried to warn you but the radio message was garbled we will send a team to assist in any way possible.
ooc: The blast was relatively small a 250 kiloton nuke it happened in the harbour on my north shore in an area of no strategic importance the area has a small village and a resort nearby but outside of fallout range.

Very well, we will respect your decision... though we would like to note that the Iuthian government is highly interested due to your resent trade dealing.
They mostly want to be sure that nothing... bad... has happened in your nation, they want to be assured that they should not be worried about shipments or about your government.
None the less that is the last I'll say on the matter. Though we will be watching for further developments none the less.

In regards to the nuclear blast off our shore we are infact responsible. Over the course of the last (real life week) we have made deals and sought to aquire enriched uranium. The uranium was placed into our specifically made nuclear reactors which over a period of time creates depleted uranium and small amounts of plutonium. This was the source of our 1st H bomb.
The nuclear bomb was deployed by a bomber equiped for shuch a purpose as we do not have icbm or cruise missle capabilites. We are currently going to continue testing as we would like to perfect our designs unless some one should like to send us all the designs and pertinent information on nuclear weapons to make our tests unneccasary.
