Hello! Prince Balmong here! When we were forced to leave our homeland in a colony pod, we landed on a planet that we named DH-II. It was barely hospitible enough to house humans, so we cloned water and plants and drenched the place!

But let's get down to business, I need allies, and many other people need them to, so sign up to be in The Empire of the Milky Way. We call ourselves an "empire" because when we eradicate a terrorist's nation, we take the land. Best of all, any nation within the Milky Way may sign, except terrorist nations. Please consider this.

Very well! You can also move to the empire capital itself! Just move to "The Empire of the Milky" BTW : I'm so sorry I keep talking in telegram, but it's really the only way I can speak with you, what with me being across the galaxy and all.
