EMP Defense Bomb
A huge EMP generator, big enough to produce a shock many times the size of a city. Requires all of a cities power, and is the size of a large building. It will knock out any ICBM or nuclear bombs, but will destroy all electronics in the city, including itself.
Basically it destroys the detonators in the ICBMs or bombs when they are above the city. It also destoys the city in every way, except I can evacuate the civilians. The pulse it produces if enough to defeat normal EMP shielding. While this could be defeated by sending a second wave of nukes, what's the point when the city is destroyed anyways?
I would have the building itself be heavily protected and mostly underground.

Actually it seems reasonable to me considering its just a big version of what I can make at home... I even know the basic principles of how it works...
Yah, I'm working on a normal anti-ICBM satellite type thing...

Why not use a Neutronic Bomb, which we invented? Its like an Atomic/Hydrogen Bomb expect without Radiactive Fallout and Atomic Radiaction. Its strickly a Military Weapon that uses a Radiactive Thorium Element to form the starting of a Mushroom cloud, then the Hyperized Ions and Hyperized Electrons, which have already fused by the detonation sequence into Hyperized Ionic Electrons, Dissappate all Radioactive Elements and continue the explosion with massive force.
