Global Catastrophie: DTIS Phantoms
This terrorist organisation is a threat to all. They have committed sensless acts of violence and threaten the world with bio./chem. weapons. This cannot be tolorated. Since they aooearently have terrorist cells all over the world the oly way to solve this crisise is if every nation promises to stop these monstors before they strike again. Who will join the coalition of PWRHTSMFDTISP(people who really hate those stupid mother f****** DTIS phantoms).

There are only two ways to stop the terrorism.
A) Give in to all of their demands and pray to some omnipotent force.
B) Destroy them.
Talking about it and complaining doesn't do anything to stop them.

They will kill anyway. If we are to stop them it has to be now. The fire is aklready plenty fueled its time it was exstinguished.

Make a peace agreement with them.
We will back down our forces and so will our allies if you back down..We have accomplished the mission and we will not need to attack anyone anymore will we?

Rolin's troops will back down under the following circumstances:
1) DTIS Phantoms pays repurcussions to every nation that it has attacked aside from Rolin.
2) Rolin is given a full inventory of all WMDs in possession by both the DTIS Phantoms nation and the terrorist organization of the same name.
3) DTIS Phantoms is prohibited from purchasing or being given any WMDs, and its own arms programs cannot be funded by other nations- In other words, it will get WMDs when it can produce its own.
4) The HTF is placed in charge of DTIS Phantoms' government.
Rolin will pay for the rebuilding of communications and radar stations, but not for defenses.
