To Terrorist or potential terrorist leaders. The HLF has had a long experiance in the art of terrorism and we have decided it is time to spread this experiance to other nations. A few years ago on my orders work started on building a terrorist training school in a spot I like to call-'Point Noir'. It is a loction is completly surrounded by mountains and is only accesable by an underground tunnel streeching tens of kilometers. It is also heavly guarded by Patriot missile systems.
The school is now complete and offers a range of subjects avaliable to operatives with varing levels of experance from Novice to Expert. It has a capacity to train up to 30,000 operatives at any time.

Classes include:
Guerilla warfare in moutainus and jungle enviroments-$3,000 per operative
Guerilla warfare in Urban environments-including hostage taking, street to street fighting and bomb laying.-$3,000 per operative
Training in the art of sucide bombing-$2,000 per operative
Training in the art of Assasination- $4,000 per operative
Training in the art of biological or chemical warfare-$4,000 per operative
Training in the art of bomb making-$4,000 per operative
Training in the art of highjacking-$4,000 per operative
Water based terrorism including mine laying on ship,highjacking of ships etc-$5,000 per operative

Extras avaliable to each operative:
Escape and evation-$500
Standard close quater battle-$1000
Interigating techniques-$1,500
Anti-interigation techniques-$1,500

NB also funds raised from the school will go towards the matinence of the school and future terrorist attacks.
