Today, from his official residence in Geritopolis, the Elder has announced a stunning new initiative:

"I know that there must be many nations out there like my own, young nations that wish to act upon the world stage. Currently, however, no young nation can realistically hope to survive alone in the international forum. Therefore, I am proposing the creation of a League of Younger Nations, an alliance that would allow us to combine our forces and thus make an impact in the world. Any nation that wishes to enter this alliance should send envoys to my capital, where they will be warmly greeted as our future brothers. I eagerly await your arrival."

OOC: The two main requirements for this alliance are that your nation be relatively young and small (preferably under 100 million people), and that you be willing to try to RP. Not necessarily well at first, but that you are making the effort, and not just godmodding like the Fedral Union. Elder nations are welcome to keep watch, and to give advice on improving our RPing.

I like this idea, but aren't there already a number of older new nation alliances?

OOC: I am honestly not sure, but if they exist, they certainly don't seem to show themselves in any of the major RPing threads. I would want to make this a very active alliance.

It is a good idea, but an overused one.

You would be better off joining one of the new nations alliances (such as the region of New Provinces) which are already formed and functioning.

In that case, just point the way. How would I go about joining that alliance?
