The new Government of No-Dachi Yo wishes to annonce to the world her desicion to stop all chemical weapons programmes that had been started under the previous Government. We will also destroy our stockpile and the labs and the factories used to make them. The Community denounces the use of WMD and feels this measure will show her commitment to peace.

We thank you for destroying these terrible weapons... though I would seriously suggest you dismantle them and use each component again for other uses...
Nuclear material can be used in Nuclear Power Plants...
ICBM's can be melted down or refitted for space exploration...
You get the idea... don't give them away, if you do that you may as well have kept them and not bothered with dismantaling them.

From the brink of a future filled with awfull posibilities perhaps, but it's important to have a moral standing in your nation. These weapons need to be destroyed to prevent their use.

First of all, we have no nuclear weapons, only chemical. We will also be keeping our 10 ICBMs for protection, only to be filled with traditional munitions (OOC - they can still pack a punch :wink: )

Please... don't... this is the reason that New Empire got nuked, you can't actually distinuish between non-nuclear ICBM's and Nuclear ICBM's...
with me, it is ALLWAYS nuculare ICBMs.

As I consider No-Dachi Yo a peaceful and friendly nation, any unwarranted, unjustified attack especially with WMD will be met with a response from us. Also we do implore that in case you find any CHEM weapons lying around still hand them my way, I'll pay $.
