In a recent defence review there were several critisms of he Argyllian Armed Forces, these varied from ageing aircraft to obselete missiles. As we are a relatively small nation we do not have the resources to manage all these projects at once and probably not the technology to do it either. Here is a list of projects we wish to co-operate on:

1. Supersonic sea launched cruise missile with extended range

2. A new supersonic bomber, reduced radar signiture

3. A SSGN with the ability to lauch 36 of the cruise missiles

Taipei has the neccesary technology and is considering selling production licenses, pending a review of your nations foreign policies. (OOC: Could you post who your enemies and allies are?)

He spoke of course in reference to Argyillia's recent unilateral invasion of the Republic of Madagascar and the resultant conflict with The People's Commonwealth of Beth Gellert, which lept to the aid of the embattled Malagasy people.

Comrade Igo is seemingly keen to make it evident to potential collaborators with Argyllian military ambition that they risk being perceived as standing shoulder to shoulder with imperialists and terrorists.
