I am here by declaring war on The Snowy Lands of Antarctica. I have surrounded there snowy little continent with Nuklear and anthrax bombs recently purchased from one of there one people( at this moment he will remain anonymous).

If they choose not to ingnor me further I will be forced to take action against there region. I am challenging 3 people in particular:

Dancing Moose
Shinoxia
Blue Eagle

I have seen your compulsive godmodding in the forum and im not the only one to notice. I hope fellow countries can ally with me against these tyrants.
