Terrorist Attack in Hallad
"While important Socialist Party officials were at the meeting of The International two suicide bomber made an attack on their apartments last night. Chairman Derik Connolly's family survived the attack with minimal injuries as did Vice Chairman Rais Al'Faheed's. The Suicide Bombers blew themselves up after being spotted by policemen at the foot of the apartment buildings. Twelve civilians are dead and five are in serious condition at the New Dublin emergency hospitol. The government believes the terrorists may have been hired by anti-communist groups do to the recent tension between fascist and capitolist states and the Communist world."

The Halladi Government thanks Hattia for it's offer of condolence.
Rolin has been preparing for a situation such as this by training anti-terrorism units. Rolin wishes to send two 500-person units to Hallad to investigate the matter and help with security systems.
The Socialist Party of Hallad graciously accepts Rolin's offer.
One thousand Rolinian troops moved into Hallad's capital, separated into two forces of equal amounts. One has set up operations near the site of the bombing, learning as much as they can about the attack, and the other has rented out a large office building and has moved its equipment into the building and is using it as a headquarters now.
Two men from the first unit walk into New Dublin Emergency Hospital and enter the room of one of the victims of the attack. The doctor warns the soldiers not to keep the patient awake for long because he needs rest.
Both soldiers sit down next to the bed.
"Sir? Are you awake?" the first one asks.
"Huh?" replies the groggy middle-aged man.
"I am Captain James Bouregard and this is Private First Class Nathan Holmes. We are from Rolin's 3rd Anti-Terrorism Division, and we would very much appreciate any information you could give us about the attack, such as what the bombers looked like, if they had certain symbols on their clothes, if you recognized an accent or language when they spoke, anything."

"One of 'em said something. I couldn't here him but he sounded like he was from the Halladrim. It's on of our provinces. Uh... that guy was wareing camo... and... I can't remeber. But he didn't like he was from the Halladrim. Didn't look Arabic. He kinda looked like he's from New Dublin, but then again that could be any white guy out there." The man coughed and the doctor came back.
"I'm sorry, this man needs rest, perhaps another time?"

James looked up to the doctor. "Yes, rest is good." He turned back to the patient. "Thank you for your time." He said. With that, the two officers left the building.
As the two were getting to their jeep, Nathan got a call on his cell phone. He picked it up. "Hello?"
After listening for a couple of moments, he scowled. "Yes sir, we'll report back to H.Q. immediately." He hung up, and turned to James. "It's the seventh division, sir. They say that they think they know who did it."
"Good." James replied.
They got in their jeep and drove to the office building that headquarters was located at.
