The Rogue Nation of Witzgall is training Special Operative Forces, and once this is complete the SOFs will be available for employment.
The training may take a while, but when it is done they will be new men. They will think like terrorists and strike like an army. Here are some pictures:

We are currently, however, looking for support of maunfacturing weaponry for the SOF.
