Secret Project Four, Project XXI Rebuild: XS-XXIV Class U-Cruiser Submarine

My Fellow International Comrade Brethren, as we have Promised so long ago, we are now ready to unveal the Secret Project number Four. After long months of testing, refits, and constuction, we have actually finished this project just a few days ago.

Seeing fit to always keep our promises, we have revealed all information pertaining to this new class of Submarine of old. If many will remember, it was first built by the Germans during the ending Period of WWII in Europe.

I will sell one of our Prototype Series, which is basicly the same as the origional, for around $200,000 USD's. I know its low, but I like to be fair to all Nations.

If you don't want a prototype, I can give you one of our Active ones, just pick one, and I will sell it to you for a LOW price of $50,000 USD. Fair, eh?

May I have a prototype sub? You know, my nation is developing quite well technologically. Perhaps we can enter into a contract to improve these designs to make them a more powerful foe in the waters.

I'm sure our devellopers with a healthy grant could greatly modernize these warships.

OOC: If your ship is underwater, there's very little to worry about EMP... Water works wonderfully at stopping that.

I didn't mean that, you always could if you wanted to I suppose. All I meant was that I was going to send an official envoy to your region for press matters and we would transfer your scientists to our nation.

Now that you mention it, if you did move to my region it would solve transport problems. If this works out there's always a great possibility of building togther anyways.

The descision is up to you.

I'll think about the move, however the envoy will be welcomed, as always with any nation, and as a gesture of Good Will the transport will be guarded, at all times, by two Escort Fighters, F-16's, until requested to return home.

Sounds good. You're fighters will rendezvous with a VC-137C Stratoliner escorted by four F/A-18 Hornets. Estimated time to rendezvous is about two hours.

Sonar is sound, EMP won't have any effect on it.

Sound is waves in the water, my friend, the EMP Generation System CANNOT fully block it, no, but can reduce the Sound Waves coming from the U-Cruiser itself or from any Sonar Device.

You will be detected, yes, but you have a better chance of looking like some fish rater than a threat, if the Sonar Device isn't Higher Technology, of course.
