Nuclear warfare is strictly prohibited unless the condition demands that the world will be a better place and can suffer the amount of radiation and destruction.

It's simple, the use of Nuclear Weapon is highly advised against, because nations like me loath their use... while we may simply just take note when they are used against other nations, should a nuclear weapon be used against a ally we will make a point of putting that nation onto the red list...

I'd like to point out that no nation have made the red list yet because I've never been anoyed enough to place someone on a list where I will make a point of declaring war with the objective of destroying said nations government and replacing it with someone more stable.

Nuclear weapons should remain for retailiation against other nuclear weapons only... seeing them in a conventional war is a damn good way to have a dozen more nations declare war on said nation.

The only nukes DGNT deems 'conventional' are for use in space warfare, they measure from 5-10 KT and are for use against space stations and captital ships.
Of course...we have planet destroying nukes up to (classified)gt, but we dont use them.
Publicly.

Feline has no nuclear weapons. We have no weapons of mass destruction, in fact, and condemn their use. We could easily make things with destructive power far in excess of hydrogen bombs, but we don't.

During all out Naval war, 20kt depth charges and torpedo are often used against extremely deep diving subs (Read anything by Joe Buff... You'll see.) or carrier battle groups. The largest nuclear weapon carried by an aircraft during peacetime is a 20kt Depth Bomb/Guided Bomb used by the Near Orbit Strike Squadrons, with Carriers and other ships having ample stocks of 5kt weapons, especially on supercavitating torpedo.
