Insofar as the Imperial government of Naori has failed to provide for the needs of the Naori people, the Confederated Republic of Eredron has, by Executive Decision 205 and with the consent of the Naori people, established Naori as an unincorporated Principality of the Republic, assuming direct sovereign rights forthwith.
Eredron will oversee a general election of a regional governor, and allow the Naorians broad freedoms in local affairs, while taking over Reconstruction of Naori.
