As some of you may know, one of my fellow nations, Cardisia, is currently undergoing R&D for a plan to establish a colony on the moon, and then Mars.

A group of my nations scientists are working with Cardisia to find new technologies to make this possible. However, my nation is not pursuing colonies on the moon or Mars. (for the moment) We are, instead, trying to create a space fleet, for defensive purposes of course.

Seeing has how the ambitions of our two nations are different, I would like to purchase technology from other countries. If we do not have the sufficient funds you ask for, a trade agreement might be possible. (My country has rich deposits of Uranium and, recently discovered, adamantium.) Another solution might be to purchase a space vessel for my scientists to study and then comprehend the technology.

What are you looking for exactly?

Technology involving ship contruction/blue prints, space travel, weaponry, shielding, etc.

What do you have to offer in return other than raw minerals?

I have money, and perhaps, if you value it, I could offer the alliance of my nation and/or region.

The Indra Prime Senior Directorate believes that assisting other nations in their endeavours is a desire all space nations should have. In the spirit of interstellar cooperation, The senior directorate has decided that they will assist you in developing a space fleet, however our knowledge will not come lightly. We will provide you with a few vessels for your scientists to study so they can come up with vessels of their own design. We may even assist your research and development departments in defensive technologies. The vessels we provide you will be some of our more basic models with all classified technology removed so there will not be a breach of security. Our scientists and engineers from the Temporal Research Institute will assist you in understanding the underlying technology of our vessels.
In return, the following is what we will require as compensation:

1. Full access to your research and development departments and any subsequent technologies that come from that dept.
2. 25 Billion USD per ship (as a loan) up front and in full
3. Mining rights to your Uranium sources and other heavy elements.
4. Trade agreements in the future regarding any form of advanced technology.
5. An alliance between yourself, your region and Indra Prime.

I see this as a fair compromise. When it comes to the third, would you agree to a 60-40 split on uranium and other heavy element mining and a 65-35 split on adamantium mining? (60% to my country, 40 to yours and 65% to me, 35 to you)

In response to the Second, I will only require one ship, preferably the powerful basic model you have.

Rolin (the v's are there just cause' the name was taken >_<) has developed and employs large cruiser-like vessels designed for stellar travel, only. They are ideal for large freight transportation from space station to space station. They must be assembled in space, and are propelled by the release of nitrogen. Concentrated nitrogen is generally easy to compress and decompress, which makes it the ideal propulsion method. The exact schematics and details can be sold to your nation, but whether or not you can meet the price or not . . . That is a different story entirely.

Rolin would be interested in large amounts of gold, but medical technologies would be acceptable as well.

we would like to assist you in researching space, and as such we will send you blue prints too early model orbital ships, as well as engineers. We will also send materials required to construct space craft.

we wouyld like to be paid in the adamantium mineral, we would like to explore its abilities as fuel for power

in total, i would like to trade 100 tons of adamantium for the technology i am giving you.

Seeing as how a few nations would like to sell me ships for research, I'd like to make an offer:
1) Choose ONE ship (preferably the strongest/most superior model you are willing to sell)
2) I will send scientists and engineers to each country to inspect and make a full report on each ship
3) I will pay each nation 10 Billion USD for my teams to do the previously stated
4) Once all the teams have returned with full reports, we will choose one and purchase it for 20 Billion USD

If I decide more technology is required to further the development of my own vessels, purchases, of technology, not ships, will be pursued.

(With that much money floating around, the USD must not be worth much anymore, eh? =P

The vessel that we are offering is purely freight- We do not want to sell advanced military technologies to nations that we do not know. It is not capable of entry to atmospheres, but is heavily armored. It only has minimal armaments, being three cannons, two located on the top of the vessel, and one on the bottom. The ship has seven docking bays capable of holding various small shuttles and landing vessels and two personell links (airlocks for tubes between ships) on it.

Due to a telegram I just received, I am afraid that I will be retracting my offer and am not currently interested in purchasing any technology or vessels. I'm sorry to end it rather bluntly, I will post, at a later date, with information...
