Morality Runs Rampant (Open RP)
Of all the darkened souls to beset this world with immorality, Tempero Omadin had certainly wrought his diabolical endeavors upon the core of the remaining innocence in Calagatio. Standing in the now maroon-stained walls of the old Worchester church, Omadin grasped one of the beheaded bodies in one misshapen claw, "In one swift motion of the hand, one could raze this country to the ground. It does bring a smile to my face, however, that the leader of these people thinks his children are safe at night."
As Tempero left the old church, he thought back to the first screams of those so-called innocent people. "It's ironic that a building that was once used to worship a God that died for the sins of potentially moral people is the final resting ground for those who are eternally damned to hell." He flicked the butt of his cigar into a trail of gasoline. The church erupted in flames, erasing the remnants of what was once a haven for those stricken by the eventual outcome of immorality.
Todd woke up just like any other day, to the sounds of the press beating a trail to his door. "I'm sorry sir, these are the president's private quarters." Being as determined as the media elite is, one man pressed on through line of personal guards up to the presidential aide that occupied the front porch. "I suppose that the president has no opinion about the massacre of the Worchester cathedral, which served as a refuge for AIDS-stricken people?" The aide quickly retorted back, though seemingly unsure of himself and his answer. "The occurrence at Worchester church is nothing to be alarmed about. The president will address this particular issue at a later time. Now, if you'll excuse me, the president's agenda requires immediate attention. Thank you."

Deux Ex Machina (I am their spokesman) pledges, at this time, 1 million soldiers, for the use of Caligatio in this matter, should he need them.

President's Office
~"Mr. President. The Deux Ex Machina region has offered their assistance in quashing this unknown threat, if it truly be a threat."~
President Todd M., a patient, but stern man, was unsually impatient this day. Intelligence officers had been sent out to collect much needed information on the man known as Temero Omadin, but nothing could be found. It was truly upsetting, and a great blow to the Security Department of the Confederacy of Caligatio.
"Thank them for their offer, but politely refuse it. Bringing in military won't solve this. This is a security and intelligence problem. This madman just wants attention for his misbegotten views."
Caligatio's Capital City Feanodin
The abandoned, but still in tact building lacked many vital supplies, including proper lighting. Shadows were cast everywhere, out of which emerged the mysterious, morally vicious man known as Tempero. He lit a cigar, puffing on it incessantly, and took a seat on a make-shift chair to view the one commodity they were able to purchase: a TV.
On it flashed a news report of the massacre of the AIDS patients at the Worchester cathedral. The culprit remained unnamed but the bias of the media elite was shown well as the perpatrator was viciously slandered.
"These damned fools will never learn. Morality cannot be decided by men, but by God. It is he who I serve, and through me, his will will be done."

We here at The Empire of The Lingo are very interested in this too. We may be able to provide some aid in this conflict (in addition to what we put in to the Deux Ex Machina gift), but we would like to see how things play out at first.
Feanodin Community Center
The country of Caligatio moved on despite the horrendous event at the Worchester cathedral. Many felt as safe as before, and because of the incident, security was tightened in the country of 50 million.
Inside the community center, the members of the Gay and Lesbian Alliance converesed with each other, most of which was useless banter about sports, the weather, and other small-talk topics. Not one word was mentioned of the tragedy at the cathedral which involved the massacre of many people that happened to be gay.
The session began as the president of the alliance took the podium. But, he was soon cut off as the doors of the community centered were bashed in, and a small batallion of men cam crashing through, followed by the menacing sight of Tempero Omadin. The invaders wore uniforms of red, a small patch in the shape of a cross on their breasts. They quickly formed a line, blocking all the exits, and surrounding the meeting. They all raised there automatic weapons to shoulder-height and waited. Tempero stepped forward, holding himself high, and addressed the alliance.
"The law requires that nearly everything be cleansed in blood. Without the shedding of blood, there is no forgiveness. Hebrews 9:22."
Stepping back, he raised his hand, left it there momentarily, then let it drop in one smooth motion. And thus, the massacre began.
Moments later, nearly everything was indeed covered in blood as the members of the Gay and Lesbian Alliance were brutally murdered. Tempero's men cleared out of the area, returning to the base of operations swiftly and most carefully. Tempero remained after, grasping the handle of his sword which was sheathed, hanging off his hip. He solemly walked out of community center, once again flicking his cigar into a trail of gasoline. The building erupted in flames. The deed was done.
"Thy will be done."
Congressional Hall
Outside the magnificent Congressional Hall, thousands of people were lined up, many holding signs scrawled with messages, spewing out their newfound disgust with the governmental handlings of the recently dubbed Morality Attacks.
But, there was a good reason for these people to be upset. The President still had not issued statement regarding the attacks. In fact, no member of the government had, and the press had been banned from Congressional Hall. For all the citizens of Caligatio knew, the government refused to acknowledge the attacks.
Such was not the case, though. The President, along with his Cabinet, were meeting in one of the many conferences room in the Congressional Hall. The topic of discussion was the mysterious figure, Tempero Omadin, and his vicious attacks against those stricken with AIDS and the Gay and Lesbian Alliance.
~"This is an outrage Mr. President. Just take a look outside. The people are protesting...rioting. Something must be done!"~
"Sit down Thomas. The situation is under control. Our Security Department is looking into the issue, and I have full confidence in their intelligence abilities."
~"But the people sir! You are blatantly ignoring the people. They have a right to know what is going on."~
The President's patience wore thin, and he flew into a fit of rage, taking his coffee mug and throwing it at the wall, causing it to shatter, the shards gathering in one spot at the bottom.
"Damn it Thomas! Don't you understand the pressure I'm under?"
~"Yes, sir, but nevertheless, your people have a right to know."~
"This is not the right time. I cannot allow the people to lose faith in our homeland security. At this junction, ignorance is strength."
Lingo Embassy Restaurant
The dignified ambassador from the nation of the Lingo, representing the region of the Deux Ex Machina, an ally of Caligatio and the One World Nation, took a seat at his normal table at the Embassy Restaurant. The day was an unusually stressful day; the ambassador had dealt with the foreign implications of the civil unrest in the nation of Caligatio and had even issued a statement condemning the man, Tempero, for his atrocities.
The ambassador was soon joined by several of his colleagues, and they all began eating their semi-gourmet dinner, rarely conversing. A lot was on the mind of the ambassador, and racked by stress, he decided to speak up, to learn the opinions of his colleagues on the matter of the Morality Attacks.
"That man, Tempero, if you can even call him a man, is an absolute menace to society. I'm beginning to wonder if the Caligatioan government has a handle on the situation. This tyrannical beast must be stopped."
But before his fellow Lingoans (?) could respond, a large explosion was heard outside, and the shattering of glass was heard inside. From every entrance and exit of the restaurant poured men, clothed in red uniforms, armed with automatic weapons, aimed at the diners. They were followed by the "menace to society" Tempero, who tried his best to keep his appearance hidden, but still commanding.
Pointing a gloved hand at the ambassador, Tempero spoke:
"The ambassador from the Lingo would do well to learn his Scripture. Do not judge, or you too will be judged. Matthew 7:1."
Tempero reached down to his hip and pulled out a silver-coated pistol, etched in it the sign of the cross. He fired off three quick shots, all of which tore through the brain of the ambassador. Turning swiftly around, he ordered his men to leave, and in an unusual fashion, the remaining people were left alive and the building was left unscathed.

Furious, Matthew the Great, the Emperor of The Holy Empire of The Lingo, pulls out a pistol and shoots after the fleeting figure of Tempero(sp?).
"This means war," he mutters to himself, still clearly dazed by the explosion.
Seated at his desk, a crucifix hanging on the wall behind him, the Holy Emperor receives a call. Caller ID reveals the caller is somewhere inside Rome, possibly the Vatican.
"Evening, Emperor" A voice says on the other side of the line. "I trust you've been informed of recent happenings. The Church is interested, we want you to report on this, and seek necessary action. Our Authority is not to be interfered with.
"Yes, Father." says the Emperor, hanging up.
It was quite ironic. The man who had declared himself sovereign over most Catholic nations still took orders from the Vatican. But that would soon change as Tepalguana steps toward being the leading center of Catholicism.
The Emperor types in several commands into his laptop, and many miles away, ships begin to move out of their docks, and reconaissance planes fly overhad.
((Lingo -- Tempero's attack on the ambassador happened on Caligatioan soil, yet you mention your Emperor. Sorry if my post was confusing.))
Brewzalia is willing to aid Caligatio in any reasonable manner. We have a 24/7 elite anti-terrorism unit ready for any purpose, any time if needed.
Feanodin
St. Peter's Cathedral
Archbishop Congdon reviewed his itinerary as he paced up and down the narthex of St. Peter's Cathedral. The day was full of many events, most notable of which was his press conference about the recent spree of attacks comitted in the name of God by Tempero Omadin.
Congdon felt the necessity to defend the Catholic faith, so that those unsure would not stray from the Catholic Church, and more importantly, the Kingdom of God.
This man, Tempero, commits atrocities in the name of God. History repeats itself, again and again.
Stepping out of the cathedral and into the parking lot, the priest approached a podium set up on a make-shift stage, surrounded the the press, all eager to question the bishop.
"Ladies and gentleman. It has come to my attention that as of late, a vicious madman has been terrorizing the nation of Caligatio, namely its capital city, Feanodin, in the name of God. It is said, by the survivors of the attack on the Lingoan Embassy, that his soldiers wear blood red uniforms with white crosses stiched in them, and that the madman Tempero's own silver-plated gun has the sign of the cross etched into it."
"Let it be known that this man does not represent the Catholic and Christian faiths, nor does he represent any major faith, be it Islam, Judaism, Hinduism, and so on. His attacks, despite the label Morality Attacks, are unwarranted and immoral. His brutal execution of AIDS-patients, the Gay and Lesbian Alliance, and the ambassador of Lingo cannot go unpunished. Tempero is fond of quoting scripture, but he has seemed to ignore one of the most important parts of the End Times. Each and every person shall come before the Judgement Seat of God, and there Tempero, will you meet your eternal doom. That is all."
The archbishop quietly stepped back from the podium and retreated back to the cathedral just in time for Mass. Several miles away, Tempero watched in anger and plotted his next attack.
