as of today, nogova declares itself an independent country, completely separate from Tal-kerillian's aggressive and intimidating government.

both nations should be recognized equally as two independent states at this time. Nogova should be recognized as a part of Tal-kerilian if, and only if, Nogova decides to become so. Otherwise, Nogova is an independent state and deserves international recognition.

IC: Cannis, although very small, has a number of military units that could be deployed in Nog0va if desperately needed.

However our main strength is in our health services. If you accept 20,000 doctors and military surgeons will be flown to Nog0va as soon as possible to provide much-needed support in case of a war.
