NUCLEAR NON-PROLIFERATION TREATY
THE EASTERN UNION
WHEREAS nuclear proliferation would bring the deaths of countless innocents,
WHEREAS nuclear proliferation is unnecessary in a region of peaceful nations,
WHEREAS nuclear proliferation brings the possibility of mutual assured destruction, an irresponsible, indiscriminate waste of lives can never be allowed,
LET IT BE RESOLVED IN THE EASTERN UNION that nuclear proliferation be illegal.
LET IT BE FURTHER RESOLVED IN THE EASTERN UNION that steps shall be taken to prevent nuclear proliferation.
"nuclear proliferation" is defined as the use of nuclear weapons but not as the creation of said weapons.
