With a collapsed economy, the Communist nation of Dnalkrad has undergone a revolution. The citizens united and marched on the capital, demanding private ownership, less taxes, and to be treated like people rather than slaves. The regime has since fled, trying to sneak into the Empire of Layarteb but were caught at the borders and since arrested and sentennced. The new leader of Dnalkrad is Harold Hartley, a forty-two year old steel worker who led the marches for the past six years.

His goal is to turn Dnalkrad into a capitalist, democratic nation. After a period of dictatorship (but not in a bad way) he will turn it over to a Democracy. The goal of having a dictatorship right away is to maximize efficiency in getting the MASSIVE number of bills passed that is needed. Dnalkrad is in dire straights, the economy is trash and nobody has any money.

Yes thank you all for your support, it is greatly needed. Our infrastructure is in very bad conditions. We need to get everything into major kickstart. Our education system is very good at least and while we have to massively cut back on taxes we hope that we can maintain the system as such. Privatisation will take time and we will have to gradually implement it because if we jump too quickly into it we will have a massive collapse. First things first is to organize the budget and such and clean up the infrastructure. I request that all tarifs on exports to Dnalkrad PLEASE be dropped for the time being until we at least get on our feet.

Apparently in their own stupidity they did not realize Layarteb is NOT a communist nation so the shortest way out of Dnalkrad turned out to be the shortest way to a jail cell.

I am extremely anxious over the situation in Dnalkrad, i believe that the corruptness of Communism may still be breeding within the nation, due to the comments made by certain other nations, Edolia for examply, i believe that there are spies and saboteurs, and possibly revolutionaries within Dnalkrad itself, this presents a clear danger to the new Regime, i suggest letting the International Peace Keeping Corps enter the nation to assist in the rounding up of such political scum.

Hirgizstan kindly asks for permission from both Dnalkard and the Empire of Layarteb to send International Peace Keeping Corps 2 into Dnalkrad.
We also wish to see the setting up of a counter-espionage agency that will help in the effort to wipe out all political opposition to ensure the smooth recovery and eventual smooth running of Dnalkrad, if they so wish training will be provided.

Surplus in my military budget. I get more than I can spend each year. I had to cut my budget to 10% because of the excess. It was at 20%.

The Internation Peace Keeping Corps 2 is the smallest of the 3 Corps, it has small numbers of tanks which will NOT be deployed unless necessary, they will wait at an airfield of some sort in Dnalkrad. Instead the Corps primary means of transport are through M113's, Bradley IFV's and HMMVW's, there are some other specialised vehicles but they will not be used on the whole. As i said before half of the personnel and equipment in the Corps is Police/Law Enforcement, the other half is military.
The Vehicles are coloured Black and White and are Labelled HIPC2, which stands for Hirgizstanian International Peacekeeping Corps 2, it will either be in Red or Yellow letters on the sides of all vehicles. The force will basically keep law and order, integrate with the National Forces to an extent and will hand over mostly all prisoners/detainees to the National Authorities/Government, some may be kept if it is in the interests of the Dictatorship of Hirgizstan to do so, but the Dnalkrad government would/will be duly notified.

The first elements of the Corps will arrive tomorrow afternoon at approx 1830 hrs, they will beging setting up comms at an airbase/base of operations recommended by Dnalkrad, the remainder of the Corps will arrive over the remainder of next week, with the last part of the Corps arriving on Sunday night at the latest, if the flights are kept on schedule.

Excellent. They will be needed I forsee as there is the possibility of rioting in the near future if these tax rates don't go down at least a little bit.

Good news in Dnalkrad today. A tax-cut has finally been approved and people will begin seeing their money come back at them. We've started a program to allow organ donation for cash and we are granting titles of nobility to especially helpful and noble citizens.

Further news. Tax cuts are still trying to get underway and business will no longer be controlled by the government. Privatization (sp) is underway now.
