Kilean needs as much Oil as we can possibly get, for use in the expansion of our national reserve. A premium is on quick transport in this situation. Tensions are currently high in the region, so 2nd surface group will escort any tankers in convoys.

If Al-Anbar has any sort of gasoline stocks, we would also be interested in purchasing those.
