I. All fans of Anime and Manga are entitled to this treaty.

II. This treaty signifies the joining of nations who sign this document.

III. This treaty prevents the breakout of war against the signers of this document from the signers of this document.

IV. The signers of this treaty are entitled to participate in private wars of which other signers of this document are invited to.

V. By signing (posting your username) on this thread you agree not to attack other signers and allow them to participate actively in your wars.
