I would like to announce the creation of the colony of Dionnians, on the planet Dionne, which orbits Wolf 359, a star system colonised several NS years ago (a few RL weeks,) which has finally built up its population to 5 million.

Dionnians joins Tritonites and Nereidans as colonies under the Moontian banner.
