The Republic of Ancient Terra condemns these harsh and irrational actions between two young nations such as yourselves. Furthermore, we believe it is irresponsible and inexcusable for Dacilandia to become involved in a matter of internal security for Lima Beens. Furthermore, the deployment of strategic assets such as ICBMs downright alarms the Ancient Terran Parliament. ICBMs and other strategic assets like them should always be used as a last resort, after all other options have been exhausted. We see no need for the use of nuclear weapons, and indeed all that can result from this nuclear war is devastation for your developing nations.

We suggest that diplomatic delegations from the nations in question meet and discuss the situation. It was not clear as to even why this war began. The Republic of Ancient Terra believes that a clear solution to the conflict lies through diplomatic channels. If the forces in question agree to it, Ancient Terra proposes the deployment of a small but powerful taskforce to a point between your two countries. If either side tries to open hostilities (Dacilandia included, though your actions will be met with harsh consequences), these peacekeeping forces would ensure that open warfare would not break out again.

Once again, we suggest a diplomatic solution. The Emperor invites all sides concerned to meet at his palace in the Terran Capital, Tellerus, to discuss this war and the options available to resolve the conflict.

The Dacilandic Republic sees the peaceful resolution to this affair as a good thing. With that, security forces are on hold, and are withdrawing.

We would hope that next time our peacekeeping force is not seen as some kind of aggressive move against a foreign nation.
