OK, this thread is to clear up any confusion you may have on this war.
First of all, I am going to list known participants in the war so far, leaving out any godmodders.
1. St. Petersburg
2. Audiophilia
3. -Noir-
4. Northwestern Liang
5. Losiris
6. Rotovia

Current state of affairs:
Eastern half controlled by Liangite forces. Northwestern part controlled by St. Petersburg. Central controlled by Rotovia and Audiophilia, Central North by Audiophilia.
Underground southern mine are located special teams of -Noir- and Losiris forces.
There seems to be some sort of mutant people living there.
