Special Forces

I've come up with a really strange way of inserting Special Ops troops into enemy territory. This is how it works.

1) Use a plane called the A-12, this plane was a modified version of the Lockheed Martin SR-71 Blackbird. The Blackbird was a spy plane but the A-12 was an interceptor which flew at Mach 3. It was designed to counter a Mach 3 Soviet Bomber, however, the bomber was cancelled and the A-12 never became operational. This plane used internal bays for it's weapons.

2) The British Company AVPRO has developed a system called EXINT. This system uses a pod to carry men/equipment, it can be used for Special Forces insertion/ground crew transport/evac of wounded/forward equipment carrier.

3) You place your Special Ops troopers into EXINT pods and load the pods into the internal weapons bays of your A-12s.

4) You approach the DZ in the A-12s at Mach 3 and low altitude (the DZ is preferably a large lake for safetys sake) and decelerate so that you are flying as slow as you can over the DZ (the slower you are going the smaller the DZ needs to be) and release the pods into the water.

5) The pods are watertight and have an inbuilt motor and propeller so your sodiers will not drown. Once the pods have surfaced they can move to the shore and the soldiers can disembark.

There it is, I know it's zany, so post what you think of it so I can refine it.
