We are ready to develope more complex nuclear weapons now!

Minister of Reaserch- Igor Krupa, announced that soon we will be able to to produce nuclear warheads. "So far we can not excpect them to be of a great power, but in about 4 years we shall be able to produce some nuclear devices with 45 kilotones of power." said the Minister.

"Might I just add that you simply can't use a Nuclear Warhead in defence, since in defence you are the one being attacked. And using it in defence on your enemy troops would probably include nuking your own country. Though, if in a war where you are getting attacked, you send the nuke to the nation wich attacks you, it is not in defence, since you are attacking him. Then it would be only for attacking. Danneland fears that another triggerhappy general will fire away some nukes and cause a nuclear holocast on civilians. Danneland would advice any nation to not have anything to do with this nation. In faqt, a military campaign against this nation before the nukes are produced would be a fine idéa"

Hmmm... actually I'm a civillian myself. If I'm nukin' anyone, than some "triggerhappy general". Besides all not-wanted elements were eliminated from my countries society(in a peacful way)- so there's no need to "holocaust" anybody. Satisfied?

And why would anyone want to attack you? What have you done?

My nation does not endorse nor condone the production of weapons of mass destruction but there are easier alternatives with defense than mass producing WMD's.

Surely a regular ICBM can be just as effective without the nasty after affects.

I see, peace throgh superior firepower.

If i recall, the result of such a philosophy is the MAD agreement, or Mutually Assured Destruction. Basically, the worlds weapons become so powerful that if only one shot is fired, the resulting "defensive" strikes back and forth would eliminate all life on earth.

I will admit, there is nothing to fear on a barren plannet. Maybe the roaches.

In my own name, and in the name of my people, I would like to thank everybody for the support. Of course we are not going to use our weaponary in no other purpose than to keep evil superpowers away. There is no need for anyone to fear us, as long as we are not threatened.

Unless its a pre-emptive strike that takes out all your nuclear capabilities in one shot with stealth aircraft.

Hm... Neo Earth got nuked for using a non-nuclear ICBM, guess why.

How can you detect the diference between a non-nuclear ICBM and a Nuclear ICBM? Simply firing an ICBM without a nuclear arsenal will make people think the worst and proove how correct Mutually Assured Destruction is.

While I hate to stick such a flamitory sign on your head... but if I don't nip the idea of non-nuclear ICBM's in the bud, someone will get nuked.
