Within the last 20 minutes 36 rockets have launched the Laudian Space Defence Network called Aries, The goverment has said that the new system is designed to defend Lauda from ICBM attacks and could also be used as offensive weapon in times of conflict.

We have recieved this diagram from the defence department showing the system has the ability to hit any target any were in the world within 30 minutes of the order to fire being given. The use of multiple weapons on a target could destory a entire city. aThey also said that a demonstartion would occur via remote satellite shortly.

We have just been sent to followen footage of the system in action, Flicks to footage showing ICBM being destroyed as it is launched.

So, what kind of weapons are on these satalites?

I would hazard a guess of lasers or masers to destroy ICBM's

The Imperial Navy has become concerned with the ammount of satilites, stations and shipyards that now orbit our great planet. we feel a collision is now unavoidable.

There is also now so many defence platforms in space that ICBM's are now useless.

ICBM's may be but cruise missiles arent ;-)

Our system, will not collide with any other satellites, It has anti collision firmware which means it will destroy a object if it it cant avoid a collision.

The is acurate enough to hit a tank and multiple units linking up to fire can destroy entire citys cleanly with surgical precission and no radiation etc.

Don't you think blowing up other satilites will piss off the nation owning it?

Also, consider that a lot of people ignore orbital bombardment weaponary. It is mainly agreed that orbital defence is to stop missiles only.

These weapons have taken years to develop and we will only use the weapons in event of a full blown nuclear war.

We will reimburse any nation who's sattelite are destroyed.

This is not a good sign. Missile shields rarly get over 50% and that's not good. I't a waste ;of money. but if you want to I guess you can use it. The goverment also frowns apon this venture. YOu have no need to do something like this. In result the first battle squadren of 2 Gerald II classes 4 Gerald Is 11 Untouchables 7 Ticonderoga class cruisers are moving 750 kilometersx off your coast.

Lauda, your words are not very encouraging. We would prefer it if your weapons were not used against other space vehicles in orbit, unless they were hostile.

Well, I want to know the specific nature of the weapons he's mounted on those satalites.
