Deep within the Ural mountains in a secure facility much like the MRC, a code is flashed from the government. It first authenticates that it is infact the government. A code is then relayed from the secure facility giving its identity. The government flashes a series of fake codes with a real code inside it. The real code is picked out using a code the secure facility has. It then confirms with a similar set of codes. Finally, authorization codes are flashed to the facility. The facility relays them into the arming computers. This is relayed to the government. THe government transmits the arming codes for the arming of a single ICBM from an SLRS. Codes are then relayed back and forth as the missile is armed. Finally the code is given to launch. The missile's casing burns off as it enters the atmosphere, releasing the five MIRVs which carry a 200 kT blast. Each of these slam into Jono Land, creating huge mushroom clouds and craters...

while you are nuking us I might as well give the story of Jono Land. Jono Land belonged to a person who well...declared war on everyone, and was quickly and effectively glassed. To recover from this shameful mistake, the former owner wanted to star over and formed a new nation with hopes of selling Jono Land. Much to their dismay, they only met flamers and spammers who continued to point out that Jono Land was a lake. Dworniev saw this as a golden oppurtunity to buy a piece of land to test their weapons and there bio hazard cleanup crew. It has served Dworniev well ever since.

This weapon can be used on Planetary targets or Orbital targets. this weapon when hitting the ground for some reason silent for about 30 seconds then a shock wave of the sound of 1000 screams heads out around a 35 mile radious. with this a Exploseion bigger then the most powerful Nuclear weapon is seen the mushroom cloud could be seen for 100s of miles around it enters the lower atmosohere. it takes around 2 hours to diserpate leaveing a 19.6 mile crater at impact site, the crator is about 39.2 miles deep.
the weapon fires a Fussion/plasma Ball that is super charged and super heated. it fires with a macnetic force and a Massive Explostion from behind the Fussion/Plasma Ball it moves at over Mark 10 heading down to hits target.

Usually we have to fire it at a meteor or into the sea, so we would take great interest as to what actually happens when it impacts an earthbound target. Officially, this weapon doesn't exisit so, we cannot get into the details too much but we would be willing to pay handsomely, or with money if you prefer.

Would you be willing to let us test our new Facist Smasher© Orbital Bombardment Cannon on your nation. We've never had a chance to use it, (Too many civilian casualties) but seeing as your civilians are already dead... We will be willing to pay a large sum of money to have this chance.

We wish to know if we can use Our weapon once more but in a populated City we are willing to pay up to 1.2Billion USD for such a thing. we want to be able to find out what our weapon does to people such as side effects and so forth.
